Does shredded pork was not tender I felt like it was the overcooked bits that I got. We'll try again to see if the quality improved if I went in at a different time.
Great food and great customer service.
Food is okay for me atmosphere is loud because the music and people talking loud so is a okay place
Love the girls who work there! I can only comment though on one item as that's all I go in for. I've tried all the places in Harrisonville and they have by far the best biscuits and gravy. There biscuits are always light and fluffy and portions are good.
Nothing crazy extra. Good local Mexican food.
Me and my friend came here to eat dinner and the waiter was rude didn't even come over and ask if we wanted a refill on top of that we ordered two steak fajita Taco salads we asked for extra sour cream and extra cheese barely got any sour cream and we got cheese but not extra like we asked for when I mentioned it to him he said that he did even though he could clearly see that we did not have extra sour cream or cheese either way I know it's not the waiters that we didn't get extra of what we were supposed to but he was extremely rude. I have been to plenty of Mexican restaurants and have never been treated like this I will never come back to this way
Food was great! Loved the holiday decor. Very reasonably priced.

I was so disappointed and embarrassed that a restaurant would serve the food that my family received tonight. My son's family came down to celebrate Christmas, finally just the 5 of us, and I suggested that we eat out. Due to the little one, we did carry out and all 8 of the flauntas were fried way too long, the chicken was burnt black 1" on both ends, and tough. What made it even worse, was to hear that, at 4'o clock, you weren't even busy when our food was picked up. Shame on you El Puerto. NEVER would you have served these meals to dine in customers.

Most of our service was amazing! one of my only complaints is having my food choices commented on and judged, I have a severe gluten intolerance so one of the only things I could get was the street tacos since they use corn tortillas, I took off the onion and cilantro I was given a weird look as well as having one of the servers tell me it was weird and how they "aren't even street tacos now", like id rather have an enchilada but I literally cannot have the flour tortilla so leave me alone 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Wheelchair accessibility: Open space plenty of wheelchair friendly tables I'm not sure if the tables would be tall enough to accommodate a wheelchair larger than mine (I have a pretty small electric one)
