I usually use the drive thru at this location but today I had my 7 year old grandson with me to get ice cream. There is very limited seating in the dining area first of all, but today it was filled with several groups of teens literally sprawled over the few seats available. They were mostly visiting rather than eating and none made any attempt to move to let other guests be seated. Also two employees were seated at a long table, maybe on break, and also made no attempt to move for guests. The area was extremely dirty. Tables were all sticky, the kiosk was so gummy I hated to touch it, the floor was covered with trash, and the drink dispensers were a mess. I realize the establishment cannot choose their guests but the teens stared at us the entire time. The server who gave us our ice cream was friendly and helpful thankfully. I live out of town but visit Pleasant Hill frequented but I will never visit this location again.

We are the only patrons here and the tables are all filthy. They see me cleaning a table to sit at but don't seem to think it's a big deal. There are actually NO clean tables available. They don't tell you that your order is ready you have to keep going up to check on it. They are talking non stop in the back but the place has no customers but the 2 of us.

We ordered 4 burgers plain and chicken strips. 1 of the burgers came with no burger pattie and they all had everything on them

Problem with order. They never have enough apple pies. Usually, I have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for them to prep. They didn't mark the drink either, diet or regular.

The girl at the counter was super rude, unprofessional, her hair was all over the place out of her pony tail. One of the Hispanic ladies from the cook line came up to the fryers and stuck her hands in the side where the fries are done and started eating them. This place is a disgusting mess and not all employees are wearing gloves when they are handling the food.

Boy what the hell boy, girl sat on Snapchat call with someone and proceeded to show them every little thing she did example and this actually happened oh looked I dropped the whole cream everyone and it’s rolling showing it to her phone

Has anyone ever got the correct order here? Every single time we go there it takes at least 3 attempts to get it right!! I am allergic to tomato and they continue put it on everything even though they know!!!! terrible!!
This store is usually kind of bad but holy cow this trip was horrible. I made an online order and was able to check in for it pretty quickly. Then when I got to the second window I sat for 15 minutes and watched this girl eat a hash brown and sip a soda. She never opened the window and never said anything to me. She noticed me taking the picture and went and got the manager (?) who finally opened and said they were waiting on one of the sandwiches. It took another 5 minutes to get that one sandwich. No apology for the exaggerated wait and no apology for staff ignoring the window.
