Ordered through the kiosk. Took my number and sat down. Over ten minutes gos by and no food. I go up to the counter and my food is there with no cup, in a bag. (I had ordered to dine in). Never heard a number called out. It took almost 5 minutes to get someone to get me a cup. The fries were stale and cold. And my burger was warm at best. Saw two different people park and come inside from the drive thru lane to complain about the service. The drive thru was only marginally busy, at best...

I understand that it’s a busy Sunday morning. However we waited patiently for our pickup and it was not even remotely right. I told the gentleman twice what our order was supposed to be and each time he came back it was wrong. I had to drive back over to McDonald’s to get the correct order since I had left with what I thought was the right order after the second time. And when I get there the customer service was terrible no surprise there. I really haven’t had to many issues with this McDonald’s until today.

This location is an absolute disaster 99.9% of the time. Messing up orders and blaming the customer. Not giving product as advertised on the app. Hateful and rude staff; mostly the 17 year olds they have working. I actually tell people to avoid going here at every cost.

The soda dispenser wasn't working in the lobby on the day I was there but they were serving drinks from behind the counter. Took longer than normal to get my food and I had to go get it even though it asked for my table number when I placed the order and it was on the ticket.

My dad ate there for years, having a quarter ponder, fries, coke no ice and apple pie almost every day. He lived to be 92 and loved the staff.

I usually use the drive thru at this location but today I had my 7 year old grandson with me to get ice cream. There is very limited seating in the dining area first of all, but today it was filled with several groups of teens literally sprawled over the few seats available. They were mostly visiting rather than eating and none made any attempt to move to let other guests be seated. Also two employees were seated at a long table, maybe on break, and also made no attempt to move for guests. The area was extremely dirty. Tables were all sticky, the kiosk was so gummy I hated to touch it, the floor was covered with trash, and the drink dispensers were a mess. I realize the establishment cannot choose their guests but the teens stared at us the entire time. The server who gave us our ice cream was friendly and helpful thankfully. I live out of town but visit Pleasant Hill frequented but I will never visit this location again.

We are the only patrons here and the tables are all filthy. They see me cleaning a table to sit at but don't seem to think it's a big deal. There are actually NO clean tables available. They don't tell you that your order is ready you have to keep going up to check on it.
They are talking non stop in the back but the place has no customers but the 2 of us.
