We received the KC Chiefs shirts - looks nice from the website, but wished we look at it harder. There's no word "Chiefs" on the shirts. T-shirts are very thin. Next time, we'll have to shop at the store. Not recommend to order online.

What an interesting coffee shop. They print shirts and sell gift as well as a coffee shop inside that is sooo good and food is so amazing . They have the main seating upstairs and it's so peaceful and gorgeous I highly recommend other than the other coffee shop in town

Press Monkey is one of my very favorite places in Pleasant Hill. First, the people are fantastic. Always friendly. Always helpful. Always have the best service! I’m kind of a coffee snob, and they have the BEST cold brew anywhere!!! The lattes are good and the FOOD!! OMG - the quiche is SOOO GOOD and always fresh! The prices are good and while you’re there enjoying the coffee and food, you can shop for some amazing shirts and accessories! I just love this gem in our little town!!!

This place was accidently discovered when a friend recommended a different coffee house nearby that didn't seem at all appealing to me. Anyhow, this is located in historic downtown Pleasant Hill, which seems to be attracting some new business to try and revive the location. This is definitely a family coffee shop establishment. I am under the impression that there three generations present when we stopped by yesterday. The coffee here is excellent. They chose wisely with using Messenger coffee from K.C. We ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches, and the girl accidentally burnt them and forgot the cheese. But she was pleasant about the mistake, and it was no big deal. She remade the sandwiches and they were very tasty. The best thing we ordered here, and I must rave about were the muffins. If you enjoy muffins, you must drive out here and shop here for the muffins if nothing else. My husband had the cherry pie muffin, and I had the glazed lemon muffin (image attached). I am loco for lemon muffins and this was choice with my Messenger coffee. Additionally, I was pleased with the second floor seating area, almost loft like. It had cut 1950's era diner tables and booths. The place was comfortable, since cool air sinks and hot air rises, so we didn't have to deal with that ice cold AC situation found at most coffee shops, where you end up wishing you brought a jacket. This will be nice in the fall and winter.

We were in Pleasent Hill visiting some family & looking for a local coffee spot/place to hang out for a bit. You wouldnt really know it was there unless you walked right up to it & looked in (gotta improve the sign imo), or knew where you were going. They have coffee which is not bad, some pastries, breakfast items, vintage items for sale, and do T-shirt printing in the back. So it's very multi-purpose. My suggestion would be to seperate the t-shirt printing biz from the coffee shop, but i get it's a small town and theyre trying to work. This whole downtown area seems like it has amazing potential though! I really enjoy the upstairs area with a view of the historic district. This is a great spot to have a coffee date, do some work, or just relax. Stop in and support local businesses!

Now this is an amazing addition to small town livin. Owner is super cool and the products (drink, food and clothing) are top notch. Get a grinder and their beans. Not a bunch of Arabica ? either. It's from all over. Highly recommend.
