Place is an inconsistent joke. You will be served food that's been cooked or fried twice. I've had 2 breakfast burritos & the tater tots are soaked in disgusting fryer grease that probably hasn't been changed in 10 years & is filled with cold eggs. It's ran by incompetent teenagers & an obviously more incompetent manager. Avoid this trash 🗑

It seems they've fixed the screens at the booth, it use to be a 50/50 chance when you pull up that your screen would be on the black MS-DOS screen talking about it could find a boot device. The card readers at all Sonic locations are hit or miss.

Stopped about 4:30p and got a coney regular dog. It was disgusting. Chili was burnt and dog look greenish. Second time with in a 2 week period I've gotten bad food.

Continuously rude to special needs individuals. They have no patience or empathy. Don’t get me wrong, there are kind and considerate carhops there but there are a handful of young ladies who are rude and hateful with a nasty attitude

First time I’ve had a good sonic meal in so long I can’t remember. The breakfast burrito was huge compared to what I’m used to. Just all around best sonic in KC. Thanks.

Went to this sonic on the way out of town and only really went to get breakfast burrito with their Baja sauce on it. I clearly asked for them to add Baja sauce which they up charged me for the sauce on both burritos. It showed on my screen and made the total go up after they added it. Idk why their employees can’t read it on their end or what, but I shouldn’t have to un roll my burritos to verify they put the Baja sauce that they up charged me for. By time I found while eating them that there was no sauce on either one, I did not have enough time to turn around and get it fixed hence why I went to fast food for my meal. Issues like this make really scratch my head when fast food workers think they should make 15 to 20 per hour.
Sat at the stall for hot min we got there 6:10-6:15 ish and waiting good 10 min maybe longer waiting for an answer at the stall but got no answer. Me and my buddy left because of no answer but as we drove off we saw workers inside and cars from workers there. We left and got shamrock shakes at McDonald’s.

Waited 30 minutes for food and when they brought our order out they didn't get it right and then they couldn't even break a 100 dollar bill and they told me that after I went and broke the 100 dollar bill they would bring my food out they weren't even going to remake it and it would of been cold. Never going there again will be calling corporate
