Waited 30 minutes for food and when they brought our order out they didn't get it right and then they couldn't even break a 100 dollar bill and they told me that after I went and broke the 100 dollar bill they would bring my food out they weren't even going to remake it and it would of been cold. Never going there again will be calling corporate

We had a big order. We received all of our food and it was hot. The only reason I took a star away was because my husband's sandwich didn't have bacon like it was supposed to and mine didn't have lettuce. I know if I would have went back up there they would have corrected it but the kids really wanted to go to the park before it got darker and it wasn't really that big of a deal. Service was great. The young lady that tended to us was polite and welcoming. She made sure that we need anything else before she left of.

Was there today with my granddaughter and her 5 yr old and six mo baby. 5 yr old needed to pee, 6mo old needed changing. The have 2 bathrooms in back for employee use only. What kind of food service place does not provide a restroom for their customers. We sure won't be back again.

Again Sonic has gotten our order wrong, even after my husband asked about what the screen said. He asked for a Super Sonic Cheeseburger with mustard. When he didn’t see it properly on the screen, he asked the worker. She assured him it was correct. He received a single burger with mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise, no lettuce or tomato. So now we will not be eating there again!!! For another couple of years

I feel like something is always wrong with my stuff. This last visit I got a large shake and paid a good bit for it and it was literally all melted and the cherry that was supposed to be on top was put on and for some reason taken off before it got to me? I tried calling up at the store and no one answered. I tried again and still nothing. I would drive a little further to some other Sonic because this one just isn't it for me ??‍♀️

Though all sonics were the same wont be back to Pleasant hill Mo. no after 2 happy hr. On drinks No chili bowls and were rude when I asked about it..I can go to other sonics 30 mins away and get both...won't go back big disappoint to move here and can't get what others offer.
