This Subway has a bad history with untrained people and absent/non-existent management. Yesterday I went in without the usual coupons we get in the mail. I waited in line 10 minutes just to get my order in. There was only one person ahead of me in line, but apparently a lot of drive thru traffic. One young guy, pretty much instructing the two young females, as he was doing different tasks. I should have left when I saw one young woman struggle to get mayo out of the bottle, and slaps six or seven tablespoons full in globs on a six inch sandwich. Yuck! The newest female employee, I am guessing first day, had to ask basic questions about everything she did. When it came to my turn, I asked for a footlong on wheat. She pulled out a white bread loaf and started cutting. I asked 'is that wheat? It looks like white bread.' The guy told her, that's white and told her what shelf the wheat was on, as she obviously could not tell them apart. She was also unable to pull the heated meats out of the toaster and burned the bacon of the person before me to an almost black crisp, but used it anyway. Then the guy came to move to hot meats to sandwiches; he took all the chicken intended for my footlong, and dumped it on one six inch side of the sandwich. I had to ask the other young female to spread it out a little so I got meat on the whole sandwich. The actually did an OK job building the sandwich but before they would put on veggies, she asked 'what kind of sauce?' I said 'let's do the veggies first, so if there is too much mayo I can scrape it off.' She told me it was Subway 'policy' to put on sauces before veggies, but offered to break the policy if I really wanted. She did a great job listening (most don't!) and actually did a skinny, straight line of mayo! I complimented her on doing it well and she said 'thanks! This is my second day.' The ugly part was the bill: a footlong sub, with added bacon, was almost $17 !!! I really don't understand how the price of of this sandwichg has increased 50% in the last two years, but it has. I just wish whoever owns this franchise actually gave a crap about the customer experience/satisfaction in their restaurant...
Working for Doordash Thursday lunch, I received an offer for a pickup at Subway in Pleasant Hill. It took me about 4 minutes to arrive at the store. I checked in with the cashier, and he told me that the order was in progress. The order included just one sandwich. I watched many people, who had not yet ordered when I checked in, pay and leave with their orders. I checked in with staff a couple times, but was given no clear reason for the delay.
I'm unsure if it is store policy to push Doordash orders to the back, in favor of customers inside the store, or if it was the preference of the staff. They need to realize that the order was placed by a customer that deserves the same courtesy as the person standing in front of them.
I finally left with the order, a full ten minutes past the required pickup time, which generally allows plenty of time for busy stores. I would estimate that the order took approximately 20 minutes from the time of receipt.

I don’t understand how this location is still in business. In the past, I’ve had a few decent experiences here, but very few. They’re constantly out of ingredients. I’ve walked in before and waited to be acknowledged for 5 minutes just to finally be told that they’re out of bread. And they do not participate in any of the coupons or Deals that Subway offers. Every time I decide I’m going to give them another chance because there’s some great coupon that comes in the mail, it’s not valid at their location. I attempted to order on the app the other day and the app showed that they were out of everything. When I called the store, the employee just told me that the app was wrong so I needed to come in and order in person. Not her fault, but when I’m at my kids practice and I’m trying to get dinner lined up ahead of time, coming in and ordering is not an option. All in all I wish this location were closed down and something that can actually be run properly would be opened up

Sandwich was good but they are extra light on the toppings for the price. My sandwich looked like a twig. Much better options elsewhere
They are constantly out of bread variety, never have avocado, frequently out of other veggies. Today they only had white bread, no avocado and I stood there for over 20 min before they got to my sandwich to find out they have no toppings I came and walked out with no sandwich. I give up and won't be going back.
They need more help than just two people.

My order arrived on time; however, the food was unfortunately served cold. Given the meal's cost of approximately $20 and the restaurant's location, I respectfully request a complimentary meal upon my next visit to Clinton, Missouri.
One star!!!!

Walked out without ordering.
Went in today @ 10:30 am to pick up lunch for the office. The employee working was setting up for the day and didn't say anything, so I figured she didn't see me. I waited for her to notice me and realized she was avoiding looking at me. Then she walks up the counter 2 feet in front of me and starts moving things around but still doesn't say anything so I say hello to her. She still ignores me.
Now I start thinking that if this employee hasn't been taught or isn't proud enough of the job she's working to greet the only customer in the store, maybe she didn't wash her hands, or make sure the ingredients were fresh.
I went up to the drive through @ Taco Bell and received very pleasant service.

So disgusted by the way I was treated just pulled in put in my order at 9:26pm made eye contact with the girl worker tonight and then she peeked around the corner and saw me at the window. Proceeded to do whatever she was in the back and ignore me. Then 5 mins later a call pulls in and the person walks into the store and magically she appears to talk to them and give her reason on them not having bread. But wasn’t going say anything to me until that person walked into the building. I get running out of bread but directly ignoring a customer for whatever reason is not ok in any way.

Ordered on my app for curbside. Got there just as it showed ready, let them know I was there and I waited for 15 minutes and no one came out. There were no customers inside. Finally,I pulled into the drive -through to get it. He was clueless. (Bless his heart!)

Had a really good experience here after living in a bigger city and basically refused to go to any subway. Bread was fresh and sandwich was well put together. Definitely enough to give it another shot.
Will never be back to this location. SLOW and incorrect food. After placing my drive thru order at the screen I waited over 20 minutes at the window. I watched several people pull into the parking lot and order and receive there food. I finally get my food and get back to work to find it completely wrong. I was charged 17 and some change for a meal I can't take back to get corrected as my lunch break is over.
