I'm new to Pleasant Hope and just recently discovered there is a restaurant or two around here and decided to try Cowboy Cafe today! When I walk into a restaurant, customer service, atmosphere and cleanliness are three big things I look for and Cowboy Cafe blew that out of the water, I was in awh with the western aesthetic and how tidy the restaurant was kept. Little family owned country cafe, clean, friendly staff and friendly locals. I love the sausage gravy biscuits and French toast. Haven’t tried the lunch yet but will in the near future.
