They are always so warm and welcoming, I can always look forward to an amazing coffee and a delicious snack served with a genuine smile when i come here. By far my favorite place to get a coffee

I was so excited to try this place out because of all the great reviews. Fast service, the ladies were so nice, coffee was good and tasty, and the cinnamon roll was delicious too. We’ll definitely be back and this will easily be a favorite spot of ours. Wanted to share updated menus that were on their truck today. ???
In a tiny town like Pleasant Hope you wouldn't expect a place with such big flavor. I guess that's why they say expect the unexpected. This Expresso/food truck serves up fresh healthy food combined with comfort classics and the best coffee drinks around. If you're more of a smoothie lover you'll be in heaven, if you're not a smoothie lover after one of hers you might just be. If you're passing through or want to branch out for something new you won't be disappointed. As a matter of fact, I think I'll head over for a pistachio latte right now.

Parking: It's a drive thru food truck but you can park and walk over if you like.

Well worth the drive from Springfield to Prancing Pony in Pleasant Hope to enjoy a delicious and refreshing Mango Smoothie and a fantastic Avocado Toast!!! Great people serving amazing food ?
Chai Tea was awesome this morning! The smiling face of the sweet girl at the window was extra nice.
