“Just had breakfast at Hank and Kate’s - they were SO friendly and even offered to let my son have a dessert on the house. Family owned and operated, our waiter was super nice! If you want a big breakfast for an extremely affordable price, here’s your spot! We will definitely be coming here again.”

“We each had the catfish dinner, with okra, fries and coleslaw. This was the cleanest tasting fried food I think I have ever had. None of the flavors blended from over used oil, fries tasted like fries, fish tasted like fish and the okra was on point. The catfish is not little snack bites either, slabs! To add to the fantastic experience, the tarter sauce was home made and excellent. I wish we had gotten the name of our server, she has a challenger, but she was super nice, made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place as a destination dinner, small but very nice place. Atmosphere, service , and excellent food. Thank you Cookies for such a wonderful experience!!”

“Stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. Oaxaca rings true with authentic Hispanic culture, you will need to request your check which I appreciate. They have a balance of authentic and Tex-mex. I inquired about ceviche which is not listed on their menu and the server let me know that it wasn't a problem. I had their Chili Colorado an potion size was to be expected or more for Tex-mex. Prices are in line with current market value in any city throughout the Midwest. There is a small language barrier but that is to be expected at any respectable Hispanic restaurant. That said, I think this is the best restaurant Theodosia has to offer and I have yet to receive better service anywhere else in town.”

“I stopped in here for lunch today as I was headed to Bull Shoals-White River State Park. I ordered the Bang Bang Tacos which were quite tasty even if they did fall apart on me. I think the meat was Walleye but I am not sure. After eating these I developed a taste for Walleye. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere which is perfect for date night. The service was decent, but average. Still this was a good experience.”
