I placed a large order for a 16-piece fish and clearly requested 2 tartar sauces per piece and 1 malt vinegar per piece. Despite this, I was only given 7 tartar sauces and 8 malt vinegars. When I requested the remainder, I was told I would have to pay extra.
This is unacceptable. Condiments are an essential part of this meal, and failing to provide a reasonable amount for a large order shows poor judgment and poor customer service. Being forced to make an additional trip to another store for Tatar sauce just to complete a meal I already paid for is unreasonable.
Two tartar sauces per fish is a reasonable and common expectation, especially for a 16-piece order. Refusing to honor this request and placing the burden on the customer reflects badly on this location’s management and operations.
If this is standard practice, it discourages repeat business. I am extremely disappointed and expect this issue to be addressed so future customers are not treated the same way.

It's a standard fast food restaurant, and while the food is good, a lot of the fried stuff tastes the same as other fired stuff there (the fries taste like the fish, tastes like the chicken, etc...), but the staff is very friendly and courteous! If you like burgers and shrimp, A&W/Long John Silver's is a good place to grab a quick bite!

Great food, asked for tarter sauce in a small cup as I'm disabled and cannot tear open the tarter sauce packets. I was rudely informed of new store policy that you have to pay $.40 per small amount of tarter sauce in a separate container... I just was offended by the Shift manager talking down to me. This lack of customer service was not the case when the HVAC genius owner , owned this restaurant...

Stopped in for a bite while travelling. Had the Papa Burger and added bacon and chicken strips. I also had a rootbeer float.
All was good as I haven't had A&W in a long time. Would definitely recommend and would stop there again. It also doubles as a Long John Silvers if you're in the mood for fish-n-chips.

It was easy road food. Even better that there was a combined restaurant with Long John Silvers. Fried fish with root beer is the way to go. Lots of malt vinegar with the fish and little crumbles. Hushpuppies dipped ever so slightly in cocktail sauce. Tasty. IYKYK The place was clean, staff were friendly, and easy access from the highway. Worked out just fine.
