A very long wait for only me in the store I guess door dash stuff comes first before instore customers my wait was approximately 12 to 15 mins before I was able to put my order inBesides that everything was fineNote tables needed to be wiped down so if you were dinning in you might of had to wipe your table down first

This place is ridiculous! Their prices are like highway robbery. You see these cakes in the cake display case and when you get closer you realize that they're miniature and probably only serve 1 to 2 people.... At these prices, you would think you'd be getting a giant cake . Yes the prices are for what you would think a giant cake would be.I don't know if these people are trying to compete with Dairy requeen or what… both places prices are astronomical! I can't believe people keep paying these prices for this junk food.

The customer service and variety were amazing! You can get free samples of the ones you you wanna try with a little pink spoon. The selection of ice cream cakes are STUPENDOUS! The ice cream cakes are made with painstaking detail and your kids and adults will LOVE THEM

A lady who doesn’t work there went behind the counter and used her un-gloved hands to help put ice cream into a blender. She first came to me and my family very rudely about how it’s against their HEALTH POLICY that pets shouldn’t be in the building; but I already checked online and it says that Baskin Robbins IS pet friendly. (Plus one was in a pet backpack and the other was on the leash. They weren’t hurting anybody. And the staff even complimented them.) I told her that online the policy says it’s okay and she huffed and walked away. Funny how they let someone behind the counter who doesn’t even work there do that, just because they know the boss, and use her ungloved hands and fingers to get her own ice cream and NOT pay for it. And she works in the medical field so I would figure she would know to wear gloves. What she did seems way more important since she actually touched ice-cream that people are going to eat. What a Karen.
