I gave to Bread Butter on 6-3-2025 for the first time is the lobby close I didn't get to order and the drive through wasn't open Either.I saw a couple cars go through and leave just like I did and I was there by ten o'cfuck very disappointed cause i've never been there before and I wanted to try it out

My family is not from the area but have stopped here several times with no issues. However, tonight we stopped in for just for some coffee. We ordered our coffee and the server started making them. She came over half way through the first one to tell us they were out of caramel. Then halfway through the second one she told us they were out of chocolate. Which eliminates almost all of their coffee options. We stood there for 15-20 minutes waiting on our coffee and the entire time there was food in the window ready to go to a table. There was another server there just blatantly ignoring the food. The person in the kitchen kept ringing the bell to let them know it was ready. We stood there long enough I know that food was cold. Also like to mention these waitresses looked like they just rolled out of bed. One in sweat pants and one in shorts way too short to be serving in. Once we finally got our coffee the girl didn’t even realize that she hadn’t charged us for them and would have let us walk out the door without paying if we hadn’t said anything. The coffee tastes horrible due to not having all the ingredients and being substituted with other things.

Spent 30 min for family to look at online menu. Stated updated 3 days ago. First 3 things we ordered they said was not on their menu. Then the person answering the phone asked if we meant to call McAlisters. Well no! But we are now. You guys need to get your act together and get your online presence sorted out.

I'm very disappointed, to say the least. My partner and I waited over 10 minutes to even be greeted by our waitress after being sat. My partner asked for bacon to be added to his burger, and it wasn't. I asked for mayonnaise and never received it until my partner had to go and get it himself. Service was lacking in every aspect. Before getting back on the road, we used the restroom, and it had nasty, sticky floors, and the toilet was covered in pubic hairs and urine. I would not go out of my way again to visit this restaurant.

Very cute place & food was good. Service was a bit slow and we didn’t receive our biscuit with our meal even after asking. Seemed as if they didn’t have enough help for a Sunday morning crowd.

The food was delicious especially the bread & butter appetizer. The chicken salad on sourdough was my favorite. Chicken tenders and chicken fried steak were also hits! Too full to have dessert- maybe next time!

OMG, this place is absolutely amazing. Everything that I've had to eat there is excellent. Highly recommend avocado toast and the BLT sandwich in the chicken salad sandwich for both so good. The service there is top notch. Cannot recommend this place enough.
