The atmosphere of this place is amazing! Joe and his crew are charismatic and genuine. Pizza was one of the best I ever had, love that crisp crust and seasoning.
First time coming here so they gave me a $5 coupon off my next meal if I bring a friend. Friendly.

This is our first time visiting Brick Oven Pizza, and we loved it! The first thing we noticed is the parking lot was full, which is always a good sign for any restaurant. The restaurant was clean and well kept. We had no wait to be seated.The food was delicious. Since it was our first visit my family tried each other's food and we all liked everything they brought out. Everything was fully cooked and crispy but not over cooked or burnt.We had a BYO Calzone, BBQ Pork Quesadilla, and a BBQ Chicken Bacon PizzaThe service by the waitress crew was excellent! The girls would grab any glass that was almost empty and fill it without us needing to request a refill! That's great service ? She checked on us each time she walked by our tableThere was a little wait to get the food after ordering, the waitress politely apologized for the wait, stating that the kitchen was backed up. I'm not sure if the wait is worth complaining about or if we were noting the time it took to get the food because we walked in really hungry ?I definitely recommend the Brick Oven Pizza and look forward to coming back

The friendly and excellent service that I received made this one of the most enjoyable stops I’ve had in the Poplar Bluff area. The pizza had a good crust and great sauce too, but it was the staff that made it A place worth stopping at every time .

The pizza was good once we got it.... however it took a very long time to finally make it to the table... long enough that we ended up canceling an appetizer and decided not to place an order for a dessert pizza so I actually have not a clue how those things tasted.. The service was terrible... It was almost like we kept getting forgotten... we had to ask for plates, silverware, and napkins... we sat with empty drinks for long periods of time before having to get up and ask for them ourselves... no one was periodically checking in on us or letting us know why our order was taking so long.. I totally understand things happen and people are busy.. but goodness.. it was us and 3 other tables occupied.. most definitely not a Friday noon rush on the 1st of the month kinda crowd. IMO... service is VERY important... it will make or break a second Visit for us, because if it's terrible.. I don't care how good the food is... we won't be back..?♀️
