Service was nice but my dad and brothers pizza was cold so they reheat it in a oven for 5 minutes then it’s burnt and then they gave us dirty plates but I would not recommend this place at all

The phone system is horrible trying to place an order and the answering system kept hanging up on me.....I want to talk to a human not a machine

Food was OK but nothing special. Fish special was very small portions and the slaw was dry, basically shredded cabbage in a cup. Cheeseburger was better and of decent size. Some things on the menu didn't show pricing which I felt was odd. Prime rib sounded like a great meal for dinner but I don't buy something with a blank price tag, that is just foolish. Ordered salad with no croutons, cucumber or onion and it came with all of it. Asked for no salt on the fries and they were blanketed in salt. Waitress was very nice but didn't write down our order and wasn't very attentive, thus the errors.

We visited the bar area. The bar employees looked as if they rolled out of bed and landed at work. Not the look we expected for this place. Bartenders were also not knowledgeable or friendly and did not speak when spoken to. The bar is heavily stocked on vodkas and bourbons but did not have Disaronno which I found hard to believe. One bartender was more worried about her phone and the other more worried about the meal she was consuming. From my stool, I could see the floor and baseboards behind the bar which was very dirty. Glassware was stored just an inch or two away from this dirt and grime. The service was so poor that we did not attempt to order food. Please hire professional looking bartenders who are familiar with the tools and spirits of the trade. Customer interaction was a zero here.

We were traveling through Poplar Bluff at lunch. We wanted a nice salad and pasta meal. This was not the place. The lettuce in the salad was brown and stale. There were more croutons than lettuce. The canneloni was cold and tasted like a tv dinner. Service was not exceptional…Overpriced for the quality of food and barely their service. Never again.

Usually lunch here 1-2 times per week. Had to commend and review them after my latest visit, today. Wednesdays' lunch special is burger, fries, and a drink for $10. Chose to have mine smash style, with American cheese. Burger was absolutely perfect, bun toasted and warm. Supposed to be 8-9 oz, I ate 8-9 oz before giving up with about a third of it left. Too much burger for any average person. Their sides are always cooked exactly the way they should be, these fries met that standard. Crispy outside and soft and crumbly inside. We eat fish on Friday a lot, same thing then, every single component of the plate will be prepared just right, love what comes out of the kitchen. The Italian food they serve is rich and homestyle also, everything is always enjoyable. Thanks Castellos!!

We anticipated a great prime rib dinner and was vastly disappointed. The meat was lacking in flavor and was tough enough that my husband was tempted to ask for a sharper knife. The entire meal was not hot (yes, we should have sent it back, but we are not people to usually do that). The Au Jus was watered down and tasted like brown water; the baked potato was a decent size but was cool enough that the butter would not melt. It was overpriced for what you got (we ate a prime rib dinner the week before and it included a salad too AND was about half the price in another area of the state). There were upsides to the visit though! The service was great. We had a reservation but arrived one hour early (we are not from the area and had completed our activities for the afternoon) and they were able to seat us promptly. Our waiter was very attentive as was the other staff, checking with us a few times to make sure we were not needing refills or additional items. Also, the breadsticks were really tasty. They are known for their Italian cuisine, maybe we should have stuck with that instead of our chosen meals.

delivery order missing sauce on chicken Marsala seems to be a reoccurring theme. staff unwilling to apologize or even attempt to resolve this situation. food quality and service has continued to fall and disappoint even after new ownership. might as well save time and money by getting comparable if not better quality food and service by microwaving frozen food. if quality and consistency is not important to and you don't mind shelling out 40$ for Ramon noodles and chicken with no sauce...this place is a match.
