Our last visit will be our last visit! The waiter we had was HORRIBLE! He got our drinks wrong, and I knew from that he was going to be horrible. We waited FOREVER for our food. When the food arrived after waiting for 40 minutes, it was blah! We ordered steaks, potatoes, and salads. One steak was so salty it couldn't be eaten and the other wasn't cooked right. The waiter ignored us, trying to get his attention. We told him we needed A-1 when he delivered the food, but he NEVER brought it. We found some on another table. We were NEVER asked if we needed anything while we ate, NO refills were given, and when trying to get the waiter's attention, he just ignored us. Every. Single. Time. It was the worst visit to Colton's that we have ever had... we just thought the previous visit was bad. We won't be back!

This is our favorite Restaurant in Poplar Bluff area where my kids loves it there especially the bread & butter & the steak is really good & tender😋🥩 the fried pickles for appetizer was really good 👍 the roasted peanut 🥜 was a great treat while waiting for your orders👍 I love eating there because they have my rice pilaf was yummy 😋 with my Steaks 😋

The wait staff was excellent. My steak came to me medium rare instead of rare, but it was still tasty. My side dishes were a bit salty for me.

Loved the food. The seasoning was perfect the steak was melt in the mouth good and my server was just amazing.

The food was ok, would have been better if the waitress had gotten the temp right on BOTH our steaks, his was way overdone and mine was damn near raw, we would have just switched if it was the same steak but by the time the server came back to check on us well over 15 min after dropping our food and running away I was already too annoyed to have it fixed. Whoever was working the bar area yesterday afternoon (10/16/24) was terrible.
