They aren't hitting the mark on any drinks, I feel that they hold back on all the important ingredients, as if they are intentionally making weak flavorless drinks. I won't be returning, and no one else should either.

Went for the first time donuts tasted like they were two days old and the coffee was bitter even though it was supposed to be sweet I paid way to much as well the jelly doughnuts was dry and the jelly was awful and the enclar was old

Stopped in today 1/19/25. I had never had their coffee drinks and told the person behind the counter, that I didn't know what to order but usually drink starbucks so I asked them to recommend a drink similar to a white mocha.....I got a response of " I don't know the way they make their drinks so I can't make that." Well, great customer service, not. Geez, do you really have an attitude? Well I didn't need to get a drink OR any donuts there today! I won't be going back to the Poplar Bluff location EVER.

I'm a regular here. I admit I have gotten two messed up orders, one I ended up loving & the other, not so much. They are humans, and mistakes happen. I have also seen firsthand the amount of disrespect they will get from people to & the female manager was amazing about it!

Coffee is great. Their pumpkin spice flavoring they use is off. It is bitter/tart. They were pleasant in remaking me a drink at no extra cost.

Great place to get coffee and breakfast foods! I love the staff so much they know me personally now since I've been going for six months straight. Lol I've gotten a variety of things like iced coffees, hot coffees, the refreshers, hashbrowns , breakfast bagels and ham croissants and everything has always been fresh and amazing! So thank you for being my favorite coffee place in town !

It’s Dunkin! Vast variety of coffee drinks. Plenty of caffeine but tasty and mellow tasting unless you bump up to the midnight roast or get a heavy espresso drink like a macchiato.
Friendly staff, clean, fast as they can be. Get really busy in the morning, but using app order ahead helps and saves some money.
I love the “Charlie” a caramel cold brew iced coffee. I also really like the roasted pepper chicken wrap. Muffins are on point too.
Parking: Lots of parking in front and even more to the side.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love donuts. Have fun decorated ones for holidays through out the year.
