Management in the mornings is extremely rude and unprofessional. Talks to people like they are idiots. Store is filthy. Wait times exceed 20 minutes. Employees quitting left and right. Don't go here.

The last 2 weeks we have had to leave after waiting 20+ minutes for our order. This week we went inside and waited. We ended up leaving because we had to get to church. I went back to ask for a refund. The manager basically told me it was our fault because we left. When I told her this was our 2nd time leaving she said they were down a machine. Never a sorry or any remorse. Just a bad attitude. Plus it was very messing and dirty. We love Dunkin, but I will NOT be going back to the Poplar Bluff location.

I love Dunkin's array of products and flavor, however don't ever expect to make it through the drive thru in less than 30 mins on any given morning. They serve one to two customers at a time in the drive thru, will say rude things about customers where you can hear them in the window, and honestly are the slowest service possible in town.
