The service, atmosphere, food is always good. Keep in mind that I use the app (pre-order) & drive thru 99.9% of the time. They're always friendly everytime I drop by, which is alot. lol

I love Dunkin's array of products and flavor, however don't ever expect to make it through the drive thru in less than 30 mins on any given morning. They serve one to two customers at a time in the drive thru, will say rude things about customers where you can hear them in the window, and honestly are the slowest service possible in town.

They aren't hitting the mark on any drinks, I feel that they hold back on all the important ingredients, as if they are intentionally making weak flavorless drinks. I won't be returning, and no one else should either.
Went for the first time donuts tasted like they were two days old and the coffee was bitter even though it was supposed to be sweet I paid way to much as well the jelly doughnuts was dry and the jelly was awful and the enclar was old

Stopped in today 1/19/25. I had never had their coffee drinks and told the person behind the counter, that I didn't know what to order but usually drink starbucks so I asked them to recommend a drink similar to a white mocha.....I got a response of " I don't know the way they make their drinks so I can't make that." Well, great customer service, not. Geez, do you really have an attitude? Well I didn't need to get a drink OR any donuts there today! I won't be going back to the Poplar Bluff location EVER.

I'm a regular here. I admit I have gotten two messed up orders, one I ended up loving & the other, not so much. They are humans, and mistakes happen. I have also seen firsthand the amount of disrespect they will get from people to & the female manager was amazing about it!
