Fuji Japanese Cuisine

Went there today around 11, there wasn't a handful of people in there. We got seated and as the girls walked passed our table and looked at us kept going. 20 minutes later they still haven't takin our drink order. We walked out when I seen the waitresses lean up against the wall and watch the guys cook. They completely ignored us. Walked out came to Coltons we had service within the first 2 minutes.

We were 💯 satisfied 😌. Our waited was attentive and kind. My sushi 🍣 😋 so so delicious! The sukiaki steak 😋 also the miso soup was on point too! My 🍺 was ice cold. No complaints 👌 RECOMMENDED

Hibachi chef who is very skilled and experienced, he made vegetables according to my current age and I will never forget my birthday celebration, it was extraordinary

So love the rolls that the restaurant serves but was disappointed to find out they took off the creamy jalapeño roll off the menu. This roll is absolutely amazing and needs to be added back to the menu full time.

I would have to say if you are looking for good service go to another place. The food was ok but all came out at way different times only one out of the 3 sweet tea looked like tea the other two looked like water the one drink 🍷 that was ordered did not show up until almost done eating and was ok but nothing special. I would say not going to be back.

Went today and dined in. Service was great and the lady at our table was very nice and attentive. Food was served very quickly, it all looked fresh. In particular I ordered the polar bear rolls they had and they were huge. I have a small face so it was harder to eat. The salmon wasn’t fishy and was almost unnoticeable and the roll didn’t fall apart which is always a plus. The steak yaki udon I had was also great. Large portioned and the noodles were perfect. Not too soft and not too chewy. My only complaint was the steak being a little too tough, but that barely outweighed my experience here. Also try out their crab ragoon, they are AMAZING. If I could order a dozen to take home with me I would.

Besides the food, the lighting was really calming and the dark wood and furniture made the experience very relaxing and quiet for me. As an introverted individual, this was a wonderful mood setting for eating here.

I wouldn't recommend getting the fried rice. Very bland. Sushi is good though.

Everything was great, food, service and ambience! From out of town and was hesitant to stop - 4.3 stars didn’t do it justice. 5* all the way! Glad we stopped
