I’m from St. Louis, where Eddie Imo’s was born, so I know exactly how it’s supposed to be. This location in Poplar Bluff completely missed the mark. The pizza we picked up was ice cold, and not even cut, the lettuce in my salad was brown, and the dressing was basically water. When I tried to speak to a manager, the employee named Julie was flat-out rude and refused to connect me with anyone in charge. Absolutely not the quality or customer service that built the Imo’s name.

Pizza tracker said my pizza was ready for pick up, I went through the pick up window and paid and the guy told me they were working on the second pizza and it would be 7 minutes. I pulled up and waited 15 minutes, finally walked in and they had apparently forgotten about my order and hadn’t even started on it. The guy said, “sorry, I don’t know what to tell you” I waited 10 more minutes, asked again and they said it’ll be another 7 minutes. I asked for a refund. Worker was rude, and offered no help

Purchased last night. Customer service was good but I was sold a cheese pizza instead of what I ordered.

Don't waste your time here... ordered a turkey club+ bell peppers....... opened it,had turkey and bell peppers nothing else .took it back and they added dressing and bacon, still no veggies... might as well make it at home
Just brought home the St. Louis pizza combo and was very disappointed. Everything, the pizza, raviolis and cheese curds were way over cooked! Pizza was black on edges! Could have had a better 3$ frozen pizza! Will not be going back! Wasted money and time!!!!

An absolutely wonderful experience. We had a large dine in order and an even larger to go order. They were very patient with us through both orders and they even helped us load up the to go order. They were also very accommodating to the kids.

Waited a long time to be acknowledged. Had to ask for my included beverage. Pizza was not cut properly- couldn't even see indentations on the bottom. Since we were on the road it was a lot of fun to tear it by hand with no napkins.

I stopped coming in about a year ago, the service was awful and the food never tasted fresh. I finally decided to give it another try last Friday and I was not disappointed!! Apparently there is new management because the staff was absolutely wonderful and my order was out to my table in less than 10 minutes, which I definitely did not expect seeing how busy they were. The manager even took time to come to our table and check on us! She has for sure made me want to come back!
Celeste, and Kade was very helpful tonight. They gave me information about Imo's pizza helped with drinks for my wife and I. Can't say enough about how nice they was. And I found some good pizza. Thanks for all the help. Never had a Imo's pizza. Will be ordering more.
