The baristas that work at this Starbucks are amazing. They are nice and remember you when you come in. I recently had to cut carbs from my diet, and these baristas bend over backwards to help make drinks that fit my diet.They make suggestions that help me.I have nothing but good words for these folks that work there.
Was on visiting family in PB and needed coffee in the morning. My options are usually limited because I have a dairy allergy. Starbucks isn't my first choice, but can usually be a "safe" place to get my caffeine while traveling. I went 3 days in a row during my stay. Staff was rude each day and on our final day my drink was made wrong. I didn't realize until I pulled off and had already begun my 8hr road trip back home.

So with this place you either get a good drink or it's horrible. If you expect them to correct a mistake, well you might want to bring holy water with you. Probably the worst coffee shop experience I've encountered.
