That had to be the absolute worst chicken I've ever had it was over cooked it was dried out so bad I couldn't eat it at all I gave it to my dog and he had trouble chewing also I'll never ever go there are any other KFC ever again plus paying 42 dollars for a chicken dinner is ridiculous so the Colonel can kiss my butt goodbye

I got a 16 PC meal and 8 tenders. I'm 20 miles from poplar bluff. When I got home there were no biscuits. I called them and they said all they could do was for me to drive all the way back there and pick them up. No offer to discount my next visit or anything else. Guess I'll go to Popeyes next time.

Customer service was horrible. The lady working the register seemed upset when I tried to explain that the mens bathroom was out of soap and hand sanitizer. When my order came out, it looked like someone had already started eating the chicken. I walked out.

I hate placing my order, paying, then being told they r out of original recipe dark meat, no mashed tators, or whatever... then bein expected to settle for what they do have. I miss the buffet !! Bring it back!! ?

This KFC is clean! The people who work there sre friendly, nice and very professional. We love KFC but most restaurants in this chain are not nearly as clean and friendly as the Poplar Bluff store. Keep doing what you are doing! Thank you so much for doing your jobs so well!
Went through the drive thru and the clerk was so high she could barely talk, got home and to find the chicken strips were dried out and the biscuit was hard.
