I've noticed the Poplar Bluff KFC shorts you and serves you hard biscuits when you place your order online. My online order today was short a bladder soda and a piece of chicken. It also came with brick hard biscuits and was only slightly warm, although I picked it up on time.

I didn't know they didn't have a buffet any longer. We bought chicken strips and they were very hard and the gravy on the potatoes was extremely salty. Not sure I'll waste my money again. Not worth it. The people were nice and the place was clean but the food was not up to par at all.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Our last visit was not good at all. Half portions. Tiny strips. Undercooked chicken. Bought 3 things and spent $30. And the food was not good. Highly unsatisfied. Would not recommend. I would love a full refund. We will never dine there again.

Stopped by there with my daughter. They were fast and friendly. Didn't order much was in a hurry so we werent there long. Wish we had one in Dexter again!! Sure miss it!! But when I need to go back to the Bluff again I sure will make it a point to stop here for some good old southern fried chicken!!!

Absolutely unacceptable wait time tonight. Placed drive thru order at 7:23 was told a 20 minute wait. Went in at 755 to check on our order was told 5 mins another almost 10 minutes passed and I went inside again. A young girl seemed to be in charge and I told her respectfully when you knew it was going to be longer than 20-25 minutes you should have said something. Had a hungry crabby child and waited for over 40 minutes for an 8 piece. Drive thru nor inside was busy at all!!
