The nearest Long John Silver. I live in Cape Girardeau and somtimes just want good fish. I make the drive about 3 to 4 times a year.

This has become one of our go-to places in PB. We generally dine in. Sometimes, just about 15 minutes before the dining room closes because that's the time when we can get there. We have never been run out. No one has ever been rude. The food is ALWAYS fresh ... ALWAYS. The fish, chicken, shrimp, hushpups, and cheese curds are always great. It takes a little longer to eat here because it's piping hot. Yes, the food is more pricey than other fast food places, but seafood is. My favorite meal, the 2 fish and 6 shrimp, plus 2 sides is $15 dollars. We usually get waters to save some money but the root beer is great too in a frosted mug when I get that. The folks in here work; they don't piddle around on their phones. They are friendly and customer service is great. The dining room and bathrooms are always clean. The young lady that brings the food often comes back to see if we need anything and when she puts up the sauces for the night asks if we need any sauces before she puts it up. I have never been disappointed here, but I'm convinced that if there was ever a problem it would be rectified with a simple conversation. There are still places that have good service and food and this is one of them. Ring the bell on the way out!

Our Long John’s closed and we went to Bluff today shopping and stopped for lunch! It was amazing, very clean and delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We def will drive to Bluff which is a hour from our home just for this Long John’s!

I ordered shrimp and a Pepsi at the drive through. The shrimp was steamed and not crispy. The Pepsi was terrible. It tasted like carbonated water.
