Two people on our party ordered trash can nachos. One has tons of meat and cheese and ours had hardly any meat or cheese and was mostly beans, sour cream, and bell peppers. Our server started awesome and was always nice, but once she got another table, our drinks were never filled.
I recently dined at Maya’s Mexican Restaurant in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and had a mixed experience. I ordered the Enchiladas Supreme, which was a solid choice—well-prepared with a nice balance of flavors, though nothing particularly stood out as exceptional. The food and service was great but the entire place had a dirty smell to it, but the prior time I was there it didn't and I burnt the top of my hand in the bathroom because the hot water is way too hot.
