I love the actual employees, but the new robot female voice which has begun greeting us at drive through, asking if we are using their app, telling us to order at any time is Very Annoying! I have tried ordering before a real person talks and my order always has to be repeated to the live person!

Took 20 minutes to make my husband brother and my food. It was 3 burgers nuggets and a small fries. Manger was rude and they were laughing and giggling about whatever as our food at there on the counter for 15-20 minutes. Will be talk to someone about this. This is horrible ðŸ˜

Stopped in during my stay for the Eclipse 2024. They were not overly busy, but I feel like it was because they were efficient. The coffee was hot and fresh, and my biscuit sandwich was one of the best I’ve had from McDonald’s. If they can provide this good of service, with this many people in town, I can only imagine what it’s like on a normal basis.
