I don’t like to make a bad review but at the same time it’s been every time my husband or myself goes to this McDonald’s it seems that we sit in the drive thru lane for close to 30 mins or more. They are super friendly but always very slow.

Getting worse every time ya order what’s going on. Went through drive thru the other day to take my wife something for lunch 20 minutes after transaction waiting for food. Today ordered door dash. Took two different dashers to pick up the order first one gave up.
Ones again 12/27/25 Order missing items this place is going down hill.

I use to have issues with my food ( triple cheese no salt on patty, no pickles, nor onion) mess it up every time. BUT they have gotten it together the last 2 times I ordered.

The food itself is typically good but sometimes cold, but I could go anywhere else in Poplar Bluff and get my food faster. I waited in line at the drive thru forever, so I decided to go inside to get my food. Well they locked the doors at least 10 minutes early and wouldn't let me in. Obviously I wasn't gonna get back in that drive thru line so I drove off. Hopefully I'll get a refund since I had already paid on the app. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I don't know how you can be so slow.

Always room for service improvement, the overwhelming of the job reflect onto the customers, isn't fair. Although the food makes up for that lacking the chicken wraps are superb, everyone young or old could eat the fries day and night, delicious the combined flavors on the wraps and sauces you choose are Devine.
We ordered on app waited in drive thru for over 50 mins, would have left but could not get a refund! Personal not helpful, or sympathetic at all. No matter how hungry you are do not go here

When I asked for a manager because my sandwich was just thrown in the box they said a manager actually made it 🤷♀️ maybe they need to re train them then😂 really the most disrespectful customer service I’ve ever received! Day shift I’ve never had a problem, it’s always night shif! I’ll post a pic of what my Big Mac looked like when I opened the box! oh and a large fried that was half full! They also didn’t give me everything I ordered! Where’s my pies 😡
