If I didn’t know any better I would’ve thought southside moved over here! Y’all give them a run for their money on your drive thru speed. If you go inside you’ll run into a bunch of angry (and rightfully so) door dash drivers who can’t get any help because no one is at the register. 👎🏻

It took 20 minutes to get my food and my 2 cola freezies was already melted before got it. The food was cold and the smoothie was basically orange juice and the frappes, tasted like burnt caramel. I was very dissatisfied with this meal and will not be returning to this crappy restaurant.

Absolutely horrible service. No one came to the front for over 20 minutes and you can hear multiple workers running around playing in the back. Next time I will be saying something.

We had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a fry. The fries were cold when they came out so ut wasn't a wait on fresh fries.

Every single time I make the mistake of accidentally ordering here through my app, it is horrible. The drive thru lines are slow, and while the regular employees working the window are nice, there is a particular manager who definitely isn’t. I’ve heard her screaming at employees every time I come through the drive thru, and frankly that is the main reason I go to Southside instead of this one. I live on the north end of town and go OUT OF MY WAY to avoid this location. Please do the same.

We were a group of about 15, needing breakfast. It had been a harrowing night after a tornado had gone through this town. This place was opened and providing great service to people. It was very very busy. We were so thankful to feed all our students and get ready to make a long journey back home. This stop helped us the food was hot and served quickly. Thank you to this McDonald's.

My very first job, it's changed a lot since then but in a good way.
The food, service, and atmosphere have always been a 10, and in my experience 9 times outta 10, you're going to get fresh fries from this location.
