Pizza Hut

We recently tried Pizza Hut in Poplar Bluff for the first time since their return, and our experience was a bit of a mixed bag. We ordered two pizzas: the Pepperoni Tavern Pizza and the Hand-Tossed Italian Sausage Pizza.

The Pepperoni Tavern Pizza was the star of the show. It was bursting with flavor, with the pepperoni delivering a bold, satisfying taste. The crust was well-balanced, and the toppings were generous, making it a great choice.

On the other hand, the Hand-Tossed Italian Sausage Pizza fell flat. The sausage itself was fine, but the sauce was bland and didn’t bring much to the table. Combined with a heavy, doughy crust and sparse toppings, it felt like the pizza was missing something to tie it all together.
It’s awesome to have Pizza Hut back in Poplar Bluff, but there’s some work to be done for consistency. We’ll probably give them another shot, but for now, I’d recommend sticking with the Tavern-style pizzas for a more flavorful experience!

Wow. I'm at a loss for words. 60$ for a large five topping and two different desserts. Trash! Hands down worst pizza i have ever eaten. Service was good, but that has to be backed up by GOOD FOOD. I'm not even sure that I would even label that food.

I think I got food poisoning. The smell upon walking in was also very unpleasant.

Ordered a pizza for takeout. Called it in. Made order gave all information. Name, phone number, address, and paid for it with my debit card. I am in a nursing home close to their location. Was told it would arrive in 25 minutes. And hour later it hadn’t arrived so I called. Said they couldn’t find my order,or where I had called from my number. I had called once and couldn’t get an answer and they actually called me back. Couldn’t give me a refund and told me call corporate headquarters. No luck there. Out $30 and went to bed hungry. On a fixed income and that was about the last of my money! That’s my experience with them. Never again!

I love pizza hut. But they have gotten to high.

Mind you, this is a pickup/delivery only store, so the atmosphere is relative.

We were greeted immediately by an enthusiastic employee.

The order process was simple, and the wait was easy.

The pizza was done perfectly.

Quick & Pleasant Service!

While I was in there speaking to Joe Shockley the manager on the phone due to my own issue,(the cashier said she doesn’t like online orders because they are too hard so she literally did nothing 😂😂 they never started on my food) an elderly women came in and said these coupons had been mailed to her and she wanted to use them, the cashier said “yeah they say Pizza Hut but we don’t honor them” the lady tried to explain that this is the only pizza hut in the area that the coupons were mailed to and the cashier said “you see these little words here it says at participating locations and we aren’t one”. The cashier needs much more training. Joe really let this place go downhill quick.

First of all I tried placing the order through their website after getting off work. I don't have their app and don't want it so I just used their website. My gawd that was an awful experience. It took me over 40 minutes to place a simple order. At one point I tried calling the restaurant to see if I could just place the order by phone but they did not have the same deals as their website. So, I went back to the website and waited for it to finally go through. After I did place the order and got an email confirmation with the tracking link, anytime I tried to track the order it showed my order didn't exist. Eventually I decided to just drive there as it was on my way home. The staff indicated this has happened to other customers.
