First of all I tried placing the order through their website after getting off work. I don't have their app and don't want it so I just used their website. My gawd that was an awful experience. It took me over 40 minutes to place a simple order. At one point I tried calling the restaurant to see if I could just place the order by phone but they did not have the same deals as their website.
