Walking in to place we were ask to seat ourselves, no big deal but then we had four young children one needing a high chair and we sat down and asked the waitress if we could have one she proceeded to tell us the location and that we needed to grab them ourselves; still no big deal. But we were asked for our drinks and went for the buffet and it was absolutely limited. All the same type of pizza maybe a good handful were cold. Sure the place started picking up and more pizza would come. Only for the pizza to come out over cooked and still the same cheese or pepperoni pizza. For how big the place is I would expect way more…. Then our children wanted to play in the arcade area and it was covered in cross hand prints you could tell nothing had been cleaned or wiped down in a while. After realizing how gross it was we decided to round our kiddos up and pay. We paid $80 for our kids just to eat 5 slices of pizza and a plate of spaghetti. Me and my husband just didn’t eat. We just waited for the kiddos to finishing eating because they were excited only to leave disappointed.

Came in for dinner and was disappointed. The salad bar needed to be refilled and cleaned up. There were flies flying everywhere. The pizza was mediocre at best. The cheese bread was nearly burnt on the crust. The Dr Pepper tasted watered down. Not worth the $50 I spent for my family of 3.

Very dirty and outdated. Very dirty in places that would be easy to clean. Its cringeworrhy when you think about what the kitchen must be like. Very nice staff and nostalgic....sad.

I only give these 1 star because there isn't a 0. this place is nasty and so was our server Emma B she had a nasty attitude was there at for an hour with dried out pizza on the bar not one fresh pizza put out. salad bar was nasty and the server told me i was a liar that my three year old grand daughter was older than three and charged $13 almost $14dollars for a buffet for her and she never got to eat neither did me or my spouse whom paid yje same amount for each of our buffets we did not eat. we did however watch and listen to the manager and our server Emma B talk for an hour about the trip Emma B. was taking to florida. so needless to say we will not go back or reccomend the disgusting food or place again. poplar bluff pizza inn you give pizza inn a Nasty name! Very friendly service. I would like to see a better restocked bar. It would also be nice to have a marinara sauce on the bar.

The best pizza I have had there in years

Very good pizza, if your preference is thin crust with plentiful toppings, all you can eat every day open to close. Service was prompt and curtious. Relaxing atmosphere.

I’ve had several disappointing experiences at Pizza Inn in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and the attached picture from my review two years ago highlights ongoing issues with this location. During my recent visit shortly before 5 PM on a Wednesday, I expected a fresh buffet, but the selection was extremely limited with very few options. Worse, I found insects on a slice of taco pizza I took, which was unacceptable and led me to leave immediately.
I strongly believe Google should allow multiple reviews for the same establishment, as this would provide a clearer picture of a business’s consistency over time. Until Pizza Inn undergoes a thorough remodel, improves buffet management, and prioritizes food safety, I won’t return. I hope management addresses these concerns to rebuild trust with customers.
