Only reason it's a one is because I came here on a school trip as soon as I walked in front counter person was like "I'm hungover and slightly high right now and don't want to be here" then proceeded to forget majority of our cups as orders were being handed out was completely impatient would yell out the number wait not even a second then scream the order, later when eating we saw him hitting a dab pen with some crackheads in lobby. I'm making this review more than a day later so I apologize I don't have the receipt anymore however this was outrageous the bus was only like 8 kids too so there was no need to be rude about it.

We literally waited 10+ minutes for someone to get to us and when they did they told us that they were out of the boneless wings and all we had to say was we had a mobile order for pick up. That's it!!!!!!!! I will never go to this Popeyes again!!!!!!!! And I would not recommend going to this one EVER!!!!!!!

The chicken was greasy and the crust was soggy on the bottom. Some of the pieces were not fully cooked. Waste of money!

Came though 9:55 at night was informed everything was cool to order. The man sounded already annoyed at the fact. As he informed us chicken sandwich would be 20 minutes. We paid and pulled forward. This location wasn’t busy no cars in front of us and still waited 30 minutes for Luke warm food. Brought to us by who I assume to be the manager who was on his cell phone. No thanks you for you patience or sorry about the wait. Definitely won’t be giving this location our late night business.

Wife ordered here through doordash. We got our order and the fish was made plain when it should've been regular, missing a chicken sandwich, missing the chicken tenders in the surf and turf, watered down tea and missing blackened ranch. We contacted doordash and they had it redelivered and popeyes still sent the surf and turf without the tenders and still watered down tea. Tried multiple times to call the store but the phone was always busy, guess they didn't want any calls, must've been messing up alot of people's orders.

My wife went there and ordered get her order perfectly fine but mine was supposed to be a spicy chicken tender meal she asked for blacked ranch and bold BBQ the BBQ was out which I understand but my tenders were mild not spicy and there was 0 sauce in the bag no BBQ and no ranch I was very unhappy when I seen it.

Went there last night and they were out of bone-in chicken. I asked the manager why on a Friday night would they be out of chicken and his response was all of the people who get welfare are coming to buy up all the chicken. I canceled my order and left.

Recently, I went to Popeyes Poplar Bluff, MO and intended to try their new wing flavor. I was in line for 1hr 23 mins and they were making people wait at the ordering station and would barely respond. After all the time I finally got to box to order, I'm told they are 4 orders behind and stop taking orders in 10 mins and won't be able to provide service. The manger was nice and with storm we had I understand being shorthanded, but have the common sense to shutdown if you can't provide a service. The manager was doing his best and said the owners told them they couldn't close till 9. This is unacceptable and I will not be back.

31.00 for 2 meals .. everything was cold and old but the shrimp. i mean, really? If it takes 13 minutes for the shrimp to cook, why not drop some fries and chicken and serve the entire meal fresh?

Truck driver I stop by to get food 1st lobby was closed had to order outside in the freezing cold weather then food was old and chicken was hard as a brick plus their attitude was unprofessional I'll never eat there again

If I could give a zero I would. $48 order, every item but 1 was wrong or missing and the rest were leftover, dried out and gross. I don't even want to know how old fries have to be to make them the color of a brown crayon. If we didn't live 30 miles away I would take it back and open every item on the counter.
Edit-customer service graciously refunded the whole order.

I want to start this off by saying i genuinely love popeyes chicken ,however I stopped in tonight and grabbed the 20 dollar" family feast" all i got to say is don't do it first off it isn't a family feast and your better off getting a bucket of chicken the 4 pieces of chicken I received in the "family feast" was a skimpy breast and two legs and two wings :( and the chicken tenders should not be called chicken tenders more like chicken nuggets don't do the family feast unless it's just a meal for one and you like sides more then the chicken
