Great food but the service was pretty slow. The person at the counter kept walking away after taking orders for about 2 people and wouldn't acknowledge anyone else until walking back to the register which I found to be a bit odd.

Placed an online order. Three regular chicken sandwich combos plus one spicy chicken sandwich. Two of the combos were large. Got there and they gave me one large drink instead of two, three sandwiches instead of four, and none of the blackened ranch I requested at the window. The order was not hard but they couldn’t manage to get it correct even though the guy who brought it out me after I had to pull forward said, “I checked it to make sure it’s correct.” Clearly, he lied. Had to go back for the extra sandwich and didn’t bother with the drink. Frustrating situation when everything costs as much as it does.

I LOVE Popeye’s! So it pains me to say that this location SUCKS! They’re always messing up our order. There’s either something missing or something made wrong nearly every time. Hire people that pay attention!!!

Food and service were poor. Out of some chicken. Biscuits were tough. Kids enjoyed the spinny chairs while the service took so long; so atmosphere get 5 stars!

Ordered online at 11:30pm and order was all screwed up. No fries in the combo. Wrong wings. Hawaiian Punch drink was super watered down. Taste your food before you pull off guys.

The last two times we’ve been there. The building was so filthy. I was afraid to sit down and eat.
The bathrooms were not stocked
They were Heavily focused on drive-through orders
When we finally did get to place our order, we were told they were out of what we wanted to order

Potentially the worst Popeyes I’ve been to yet. Three stars—graciously. Yes, there was food. But no, on the day we went, there was no coleslaw, no lemonade, and the chicken lacked that signature airy, crisp Popeyes vibe that usually makes it stand out from almost every other fried chicken spot. A huge letdown.

The experience didn’t improve beyond the food. The men’s restroom had no soap. The dining area had no napkins. And flies were gathering around the lights above the cash register.

That said, the customer service was five stars. The young man at the register was incredible—super friendly, kind, helpful, patient… all of the above. Every staff member we interacted with was polite and welcoming, which made the visit feel a little less frustrating.

Overall, it left me questioning whether I even want to try Popeyes again—and that’s saying something, because it’s been my favorite chicken for years. There’s something about that light, crispy texture that makes it feel almost healthy (even though I know it’s not). Sadly, none of that magic showed up this time.

Love that chicken, when it's hot most times they must make fresh, it sit out too long unless busy times, they will make fresh without problems. The area inside could use prompt attention on a regular basis, overall not there for sight just taste of food and it was satisfactory.

Ordered online but when I went to pick it up I was told I had to go inside to order, again! Then when I got it home the coleslaw tasted “off” and the chicken looked like it was cooked yesterday and reheated today. It was hard and dry (see photo). This is the only bad Popeyes I’ve ever been to and I’ve never complained but I have had issues with every order I have placed the last year. I will never go back!

Only reason it's a one is because I came here on a school trip as soon as I walked in front counter person was like "I'm hungover and slightly high right now and don't want to be here" then proceeded to forget majority of our cups as orders were being handed out was completely impatient would yell out the number wait not even a second then scream the order, later when eating we saw him hitting a dab pen with some crackheads in lobby. I'm making this review more than a day later so I apologize I don't have the receipt anymore however this was outrageous the bus was only like 8 kids too so there was no need to be rude about it.

We literally waited 10+ minutes for someone to get to us and when they did they told us that they were out of the boneless wings and all we had to say was we had a mobile order for pick up. That's it!!!!!!!! I will never go to this Popeyes again!!!!!!!! And I would not recommend going to this one EVER!!!!!!!

The chicken was greasy and the crust was soggy on the bottom. Some of the pieces were not fully cooked. Waste of money!
