They had just gotten slammed with a large order and we hit the lunch rush, but the staff was great and very accommodating and got us our food really quickly anyway. Really friendly and super helpful!

I specifically asked for Ketchup, Mayonnaise and pickle only two times. I had received mustard ketchup pickle. I have a mustard allergy. I called to tell her and she was rude and told me it was my fault for not telling my allergy. I told her I ordered it without and repeated twice so no. She said they are allowed to make mistakes. I told her I worked fast food during school and I always double checked my sandwich were correct.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with only ketchup mayo and pickle. I repeated myself two times. I got my sandwich took a bite and had a mouthful of mustard. I have an allergy to mustard. I called the store to inform them of their error and she said they are allowed to make mistakes and it was my fault for not telling them about the food allergy. I said I repeated it twice and she said still your fault.
