Came here today as I’m sitting here waiting as I type this we did a mobile order. The screen said it was coming out… 15 mins later it’s still not out all we had was to drinks and order of fries 7 cars have left since we have sat here… so I call and some dude picks up didn’t catch his name and he says “we are really busy your gonna have to give us a min” very rude and unprofessional!!

Drove up this morning to get some breakfast, and there was only 1 person in the entire facility. I'm not moaning or groaning, this dude was taking calls, taking orders, cooking, and delivering them out to the customers. That's one hell of an employee, and that employee deserves a frigging raise. I love the service at the Dexter store, they're super nice. Food is always good and fresh. They decorate and seem to care what their location looks like. I only wish they would speak SLOWER when talking thru the speaker. It's hard to understand a lot.

We say there waiting for our food for about 20 minutes it was handed to the wrong car but they made it right!!!! They comped the whole order and still gave us everything we asked for plus we got some extra food for free for the wait and inconvenience they definitely know how to fix there mistakes they make! ? I'll definitely be going back lol

I still really like this place. It's got that Proud American feel to it. They have a lot of drink choices and combinations. And the crispy wraps they've been coming out with have been really good. But they got rid a couple of my favorite things, like the grilled chicken sandwich and their pepper gravy.
