Went by Sunday night for supper. No one talks to you. You order at a Kiosk only. No menu on the wall. No way to tell what they serve or how much items are. We tried to use the kiosk but gave up. Hated the experience. Felt stupid. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings next door and had a great burger. Left a 30% tip for waitress.

Got my order completely wrong put mustard on my hotdog when I asked for ketchup only and didn’t even give me my fries.
They didn’t give us HALF of our order they were rude they forgot a whole kids meal a burger with NOTHING on it and they didn’t give. A receipt they forgot almost our WHOLE order and the machine is RIGGED

I will NOT eat at Steak and Shake again! I used to love their burgers and shakes, but the burgers have gotten so greasy and the Shake was pretty tasteless. The worst part is that they have gone to kiosk ordering. Kiosk wouldn't work right and there is NO Table service anymore. Very disappointing!!

The employees were super friendly and helpful and enthusiastic. It was close to closing and they were very accommodating. The bun my burger came in was so greasy it was wet and the patty was so think you could see through it. I didn't care for the French fries and I'm not convinced that having tallow in the name of the fries makes it sound appetizing.
