I have been to this store twice in a row and they never have anything I want to order and the staff has no idea what they are doing and they can't answer a question about why they are always out of stuff I noticed that other customers was having the same issues someone needs to find why they never have stuff that is on the menu I go to this one because it is close to where I live but maybe I should go somewhere else and see if they have what I want to eat because the the same thing keeps going on with the one I go to and the workers need to get a new attitude

Kole and Aiden greeted me as I walked in the door. clean restaurant. Absolutely awesome service. After going to The South store and getting no acknowledgement, I came to this location. These 2 young men were amazing. They were very professional and wanted to help. I'd suggest everyone coming to this location. They'd be better off closing the south location because they just don't care about you. North location seems to care. They definitely keep the place clean. They are hospitable and they actually acknowledge their customers. Great job guys!!

I love eating here the ingredients and bread and cookies are fresh workers are friendly.Vegetarian options: You can choose from a wide variety of fresh vegetables.Parking: Plenty of space.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes big wide smooth entrance.Dietary restrictions: By being able to choose what you want to eat from fresh veggies and healthier bread options you can be accomadated

Greedy Management. When the app has BOGO free offers, both stores in poplar bluff, block the coupon so you can't use it. Boycott both locations. They want all your money and don't care about the customers.

Ordered extra meat on my order, didn’t get extra meat so I called and the lady was very rude. Didn’t even apologize and told me to bring my sandwich and receipt, again being very rude about it. She even said “it’s only an extra boat.” Yes lady, I’m aware, that’s why I’m calling because it’s not there. ?

Normally very good. Tonight, an employee was not happy with me asking about an item missing from my online order. When I asked about the manager on duty, I found out that she was the manager on duty. Hopefully, it was just a bad night. Had this been my first and only experience there, I might not return. Given their past history of doing well, I will not let this experience influence me.
The boss is really good but subway smell stinky lol

The employees at this location are rude lack customer service skills and the vegetables that they place on the subways are wilted and mushy they need to pay closer attention to the cleanliness of their store as well it lacks
