I'm not a fan of placing my order at the Kiosk. An employee did it for me and I was charged over $4 for two Soft Tacos. The cost is normal around $3.50.

The lady was very polite and made sure my order was correct. I love the cantina burritos and bowls from Taco Bell 🔔. Great customer service and consideration towards customers goes a very long way as I am starting to see a lack of customer service and quality of food at some other places

On May 19, 2025, at 6:23 PM, I visited Taco Bell and was frustrated by their ordering process. Customers were forced to use the self-service kiosk, but those paying with cash still had to go to the register to complete their order. The staff member refused to take orders at the counter, leading to a dispute with my friend over this policy. If we’re expected to place our own orders, what’s next—preparing our own food in the kitchen? Additionally, the chicken nuggets were disappointing, clearly pre-made and left in a warmer, resulting in a soft, rubbery texture instead of being crispy. I didn’t raise the issue in person, as I avoid confrontation due to concerns about potential retaliation affecting my food, which ruins my appetite.

I ordered spicy potato soft tacos and they only gave me potatoes with cheese in a tortilla
I was waiting for the store to open and was told I had to leave I guy came out of the store we're going to Taco Bell uniform let up a cigarette as soon as he walked out the door knocked on my van window smoking a cigarette I'm not allowed to have cigarette smoke around me told me I had to leave the store I had to drive all the way across town to order Taco Bell he accused me of loitering he is stupid loading is not there waiting for the store to open so you can go into order food it was only 20 minutes before the store open I've worked at fast food before I've seen people waiting for the store to open my manager would tell me to get behind the cash register and as soon as the door was open to put a smile on my face and take their order we were denied service my husband is black I am of native American Indian Italian Irish Jewish descent with some Creole from New Orleans I feel as if racism played a big role in his behavior seeing how he was a white guy this store was mean to us and inappropriate we deserve an apology I had to waste my gas money to drive across town to order Taco Bell that day I was not looting I actually ordered Taco Bell just not at your store where you're stupid employees work that don't know the difference between someone waiting to order food and what is really loitering.
