Ordered a cake with plenty of time and notice. They called us Sunday the day before pick up and said they couldn’t complete the order fully as their machine went down. So they still charged us full price for a half ass cake. Thankfully Sikeston, MO Walmart will finish their mistake. Absolutely will never use them again.

The employees of this bakery were extremely helpful. I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday and wanted to ensure she was able to pick it up on her way through. I live in North Carolina and was able to call and explain the situation and they were able to have the cake ready for pick up when my mom and dad passed through.
