Worst Wendy's ever. I ordered 2 Jr bacon cheese burger biggie bag with sprite and no cheese on one. Get to window and get drinks. There's a bug IN THE DRINK. Ok. No biggie.. get the food. No bacon or lettuce. I inform the lady. She tells me I ordered cheeseburgers. Nope I say. She talks to manager and they decide it's a good idea to just give me bacon. I came to get food so I wouldn't have to put it together. Very unprofessional. Never eat here again.

I recently ordered the Classic Asiago Chicken Club Sandwich at the Poplar Bluff Wendy’s. While the flavors were decent, I noticed the chicken patty seemed smaller than in previous visits, which was a bit disappointing. The chicken also felt slightly dry and didn’t seem freshly fried, likely held in a warmer for a while. I’d love to see Wendy’s prioritize fresher preparation and maintain the portion sizes that made their sandwiches stand out. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, but the food quality could use a boost to match the brand’s reputation. Hoping for an improved experience next time!
We just ordered a door dash order and did not get our bacanator fries. We tried calling up there to let them know and it told my husband that the call could not be completed at this time. And I tried calling and it rang once and a partial ring for a millisecond and hung up on me and I tried like 5-6 times and every time the same thing happened and my husband did the same thing. How are y'all supposed to have good customer service if y'all can't even answer the phone. Will not be ordering from here anymore.
