One thing this location always does, summer, winter, fall, spring, no matter what the weather is those fries will be ice cold...get these folks a new manager or district manager

Clean. Food was fresh and well prepared. Lightly staffed at abt 300pm. Attitude of staff was friendly and genuine. I ordered on the McDonald’s app, food was correctly prepared. You should really consider getting the app. This McDonald’s is immediately adjacent to I-55 on the west side of the interstate at the Portageville exit.

Each time I visit this McDonald’s location, the ice cream machine is reported as 'broken.' At this point, it may be more appropriate to reconsider offering ice cream at this location if the machine is consistently unavailable.
Edited to add: The following day, I called to check if the ice cream machine was working and was informed that it was up and running. I placed a mobile order for an Oreo McFlurry and two apple pies, then drove just two minutes down the road to pick it up. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. As shown in the attached photo, I received a half-filled McFlurry that was already melted, giving the impression it had been sitting out or previously handled. Additionally, instead of the two apple pies I ordered, I was given one apple pie and one pumpkin & cream pie—which I did not request. I believe this will be my last time ordering from this place for a while!

First thing we noticed when we walked in is that the floor was very slippery, there weren’t any black mats anywhere. Monica served us as we were passing through, she had good customer service with me. My sister did ask for a honey mustard sauce to dip her fries in & Monica & another employee, heavy set lady with long dirty blonde hair in a pony tail began to say amongst eachother yet very much in front of my sister, the customer, that she didn’t get nuggets & she didn’t need the sauces. They gave my sister 1. A piece of advice for the future, we would’ve paid for sauces if it was such a problem. The fact that you had a full blown conversation why my sister didn’t need sauces in front of her was unnecessary. If you don’t like your job then go somewhere else.
