They were rude and didnt make our order correct. There was no ice in the lobby and she didnt help us i had to wait on a guy to walk by the counter. There was a person that wanted to order after me and she just left her standing at the counter .

If I could give zero stars, I would.
•It’s freezing, maybe 50 degree in the building. •Bathrooms were dirty one with toilet paper hanging in the back door. •Zero customer service- they don’t say hello when you walk in, don’t even look up from their phones and look at you side eyed from behind the counter. •manager walked by with her own food and sat down and ate while customer were disgruntled with the ordering machine- didn’t offer to help or even smile. •The food was cold,stale and tasted like chemicals. I couldn’t eat my fries. •Also they charge for sauce now even with my kids happy meal. •asked for my order to go and they gave it to us on a tray- we told them it was too cold to even sit and eat in the dining area- got a blank stare.
If driving through skip this McDonald’s and go to the next!

The dine in doors were locked when clearly the place was open for business, no sign or anything explaining why the doors were locked

OMG!! They had 12 people working and it took 12 minutes to get our sodas and then another 15 to get our food. When we walked in we just about fell due to the floors.
So when they did hand us the sodas we didn’t get straws. When they handed us our food we checked the bag and we had to get the attention of someone in the back to get straws.
We heard no thank you’s. The manager actually walked by us on the way out the door and didn’t even look at us more less say thank you or can I help with anything.
This is a terrible customer service McDonald and speaking for someone that worked in customer service for 40 years, you should just close this store and lock the doors!

The team was on point, taking orders and pushing out the food to the customers. We were down the highway and to far out to turn back when my daughter couldn't eat her Mcnuggets due to a strand of hair in her box, and it's, of course, a mishap. I gave her mine and it's all good.

Two weeks in a row my chicken nuggets smell like they were cooked in oil with cigarette butts. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there is butts in that oil. I tried to call and tell them but no answer
