Ordered on the app. Put stall 25 in then a few minutes later it said Order on the way. Over 5 minutes later had ask . Where was my order at. I guess they give it to someone else. Are just missed up. But I come through here about every day. But now I don't plan on stopping here anymore. My cheese sticks wasn't even cooked all the way.

Forgot my food and wouldn’t replace it when I came back because I didn’t “call in”. They then took my card before giving me my food as if I was going to run off with a meal from sonic. This place is a joke.

A quick trip to this location was 45 minutes. We ordered in the app and waited... And waited... The location was kinda sort of busy, But cars showed up and left... Order was not a big order but don't expect any communication from the staff and expect to wait.

Was overcharged, when I questioned it I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it. Called the number on the receipt, was told that upper management would be contacting me within 24 hours by phone or email. Well 24 hours have come and gone haven’t heard anything. Wasn’t so much about the cost as it was about the way I was treated for questioning. It was 1 item. So it was clearly obvious that they overcharged me and didn’t care

Pulled in a little after 8pm. Multiple kiosks were down but we found a slot. Ordered 2 meals and 3 kids meals. After 25 minutes our food finally came out. Carhop had to take payment as their card readers didn’t work at the kiosk. While waiting for our food with our windows down, the girl at the drive through window had multiple vehicles go through who she and another worker clearly knew. They dropped f-bomb after f-bomb yelling it out the drive through window. Our 3 kids under 10 heard it all before we could get the windows up. Complaining to the occupants of one vehicle how she wanted to quit her job. When the food finally came, the first burger was cold, other was wrong. Asked to have the wrong burger corrected which took another 10 minutes. Didn’t leave the lot with our food until 8:45. Not the first bad experience at a Sonic.
