Well it's my first time here. but they told me they got new managers & stuff.. They were great. they had great service. The crew is real & they care. I saw they had bad reviews last year. I can't speak for how they used to be. but they are great now. You ought to give them a try again.

Food portions are way smaller and it's way too much money for small portions with small pieces of chicken. Tenders were dry but fried chicken was good but still small and had little meat.

Ordered a 12 pc bucket of extra crispy, 2-cole slaws, 1-mac & cheese, 6 biscuits. I showed up just after the lunch rush on Tuesday, September 17th. The young lady behind the counter explained it would be 15 minutes for the chicken. I was in no hurry, so it wasn't a bother. She did give me a free drink while I waited. Also, I used the restroom, which was very clean, as well as the entire restaurant.

I had take out and I ordered it from the app and it was pretty easy to do. By the time I got to KFC it wasn't ready for the time I had it set for though but when I told them I was there to pick it up and I needed it right away they got it ready for me. It was really good and we had plenty to eat. Will be back there again sometime. Thanks KFC

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We placed an online to go order for a family 12 piece deal at 425, expected pickup time for 455. Arrived at the restaurant at pickup at 455. Was told it would only be a few minutes, multiple times. Finally at 520 we received our order, only after raising hell, and they compensated with a free cake. Also why is it so ungodly hot in this store? The cashier said they were not allowed to turn on the AC, on a day that topped mid 80s. I can only imagine how the cooks felt in the kitchen. I would like to ask, as well, since when does a 12 piece family meal cost almost $50?!

I ordered 3 piece big box, they was out of regular so I got crispy.. ate half a breast and noticed it tasted like chicken livers.. so I wake up next day and had food poisoning from it!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!!!
