I ordered 3 piece big box, they was out of regular so I got crispy.. ate half a breast and noticed it tasted like chicken livers.. so I wake up next day and had food poisoning from it!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!!!

Employees had me circle around the building to park in the parking lot because I had a mobile order, which wouldn't be an issue if they didn't give me an attitude about it when it's not specified to do that on the app. Food was good though.

Workers stand outside smoking lord knows what all day long ! Food is gross! Chicken is soggy, pot pie was laughable not even full like it should be. I brought a meal inside after I seen it was incorrect I literally touched the chicken with my fingers to show them it was not correcting they would give me what I needed they took that box from me and but they chicken back in the warmer ( the chicken I touched) them gave me the correct order! This was the manager too which she did with an attitude. Disgusting Chicken strips are way small it takes 2 to make a single sized strip! The management here needs a big improvement. Nepotism is going on within these walls of the store manager hiring children over other workers and promoting them over better qualified workers. Allowing her children to get away with things that others wouldBe let go for. This small town can not afford to pay for over priced chicken if it is going to be small in size, taste like garbage and be unsanitary to boot and all the while be treating workers unfair and the customers! Clean up your act KFC!

Finally decided to give this place a second shot but was disappointed again. We went around 8pm, and they messed our order up. The food almost seemed old, or stale. The entire time we were sitting there waiting on our food, they had the kitchen door open, with people just walking in and out as they were all hanging out, with their families outside, which seems very unsanitary. Won't be giving it another shot, and wasn't worth the 30$.

I went into the restaurant to order my food. I asked for the 16-piece chicken dinner. I specifically asked for 1 chicken breast, 2 thighs and legs, and 11 wings. I also ordered massed potatoes with gravy and green beans. I waited and waited for my food. I finally asked them after about 20 minutes what the delay in getting my food. I was told they only had 4 original wings, and they asked if they could substitute the other 7 wings with crispy. I told them that was fine. I waited and waited. Now I've been waiting over 30 minutes. They tell me they only have 7 wings at this point. I asked them to refund me money for the 4 wings. I was told they couldn't do that, and they needed the general manager who was not in the building. They offered me more sides. It is now 45 minutes and still no food. A woman behind the counter told me they were microwaving my corn. I told her that I would just take my food now. She told me that she couldn't sell me raw food. I asked for all of my money to be refunded and left. I will never go back to this KFC in Potosi again.Of note.... when is raw corn a health issue?

So over priced and food was not at all what I'd hoped for. Mac and cheese was dry and cold chicken was dry and it took 10+ mins for me to get my sweet tea. Staff did a lot of talk not much

Ordered an 8 piece regular meal with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes to go..was told they were out of biscuits, and the chicken was not fully cooked ? I will not be going back to KFC in potosi Missouri anytime soon. $30 for undercooked chicken is not acceptable.

Air conditioning was broken at restaurant. And family member had a bad experience. Cause their chicken was undercooked.
