Got a chili cheese burrito. Terrible flavor and it was sweet. Friend got a large order of fried pickles. It was definately a small.

Just a friendly tip.. don’t cuss/talk too close to the mic when someone else is taking an order.. we heard it all.. we are all human and make mistakes Other than that they were all nice but the tenders were so old, hard and dry.. they gave me 2 tenders stuck together so it was all mushy and didn’t cook on the inside.. it wasn’t raw or anything, just gross uncooked squishy breading.. the food overall just had an off taste.. we aren’t from this town and not trying to complain too much but wanted to share more experience …

Try ordering only 3 small tater tots,nothing else,it took 25 minutes,I repushed button,An she said!Oh !I'm sorry you didn't get it ,I replied no ,she said I'll bring it right out ,The food wasn't for me it was for my uncle and his down syndrome son ,This place needs shut down if they can't handle 3 sm tator tots!

Service speed seems to struggle everytime I visit. The drive thru lane being between the building and the parking menus is confusing. More than once, a worker has stepped out in front of me trying to get to the menu parking without looking. That style also creates 2 lanes of people trying to get to the drive thru, which just creates congestion and makes the service speed worse.
Ordered a corn dog and soda. Corn dog was soft, not crispy. Usually, they are crispy. Other food I have ordered here is delicious and wonderful.

Took 15 minutes just to get a strawberry limeade with blackberry and nerds, that was while I was sitting at the window

Food is fantastic. Drive through the person at the window checks to make sure the customer has what was ordered. Sonic is dive through or l8ke old time drive in.

I ordered 3 items plus A SINGLE SMASHBURGER. To try for the first time. My other items were fine but for the “smashburger” I was given 2 REGULAR PATTIES, with pickles and cheese and the smash burger sauce. This is pathetic. Im paying 4 dollars extra to get a special burger i should NOT receive this lazy excuse for a burger

I try to be understanding when it comes to wait times and being understaffed. But I had to wait over 30 minutes after I ordered a shake and 2 blasts that I watched them make in about 2 minutes from my stall.

I love the potosi sonic omg let me tell you the drinks are always the best in town by far and the food comes out hot and fresh and fast it doesn't matter if I order at a stall the drive thru or the patio always quick and great customer service I personally think Sonic is the best fast food in town and with so many options to!!
