Lady that was working there on September 21, 2025 at 6:15 was extremely rude to a lady that was doing a online delivery...the lady working didn't have the full order together , the doordasher asked about it nicely and she acted like she didn't know what she was talking about and when the doordasher came back in to ask about it again she pointed to the chips and said the chips are there.. she was very rue

I was in there this morning getting food, the woman and young kid working definitely don’t care. The young man helped him self to a cookie using the tongs without gloves, and eating when there is a line of customers. He went to the back for a bit and left a bag of money sitting on the counter just laying out while the lady was making the sandwhiches. The heavy set lady and the kid working was rude to a lady in front of me when she had questions about her online order. Also left lettuce to be served that was brown and terrible looking. Can tell they don’t care. They also was talking about co worker right in front of customers. I would roll the camera back. 9-5-25 10:20am ish. Also the woman told the kid to leave work and go take someone a sandwhich. Not sure about that one. They going to cost you a lot of money. Roll the cameras back. Hope this helps.

I placed an online order and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes so i went there to wait, and they told me they dont have an order for my name, and i showed them they do, and then also relooked at my order and they timed it for 11am. So instead of making the order they decided to be lazy and time it for a different time… this happened at 11:55am on August 31st

By far the worst experience I’ve had with subway and this was only my second time at this location. I did the 3 for $17.99 and I had asked for extra sauce and extra pickles and the sandwich was practically dry with barely any pickles on it and the bread was hard like a rock on all 3 sandwiches. When I had walked in the one dude had an attitude while sitting on his phone. The other guy with the long hair was very nice. We don’t got out to eat a lot so very disappointed in our order tonight.
I ordered online at 4:30 it’s now 5:15 and they just started on my food. i understand that there’s new people but put someone who knows what they’re doing on the floor with them so they don’t take forever. i came in and there was no one in here but then a few people started coming in, which they then put the online orders to the side. multiple people who ordered online came in and were waiting for several minutes. the food is decent, but there needs to be a better system of how the sandwiches are made and the order in which they are made. i get it if people come in but make the food in the order that in came in.

I don't ever do bad reviews or really reviews in general. This was pathetic I got a cold cut combo as well as my wife did to with just lettuce as toppings. I took pictures of what I got but don't have option to post them here but what I received was a sub with tons of old brownish lettuce and I'm not stretching the truth at all with a layer of meat thinner then the piece or amarican cheese. I tasted nothing but bread and lettuce. It's absolutely ridiculous 22 dollars for 2 subs that was like this if you want a lettuce sandwich with brown lettuce you can find it here

Everything with my order was wrong. Barely any toppings, definitely not the double meat I paid for, definitely no double cheese. It’s literally one slice on the entire sandwich. Just make your food at home and avoid this place, it’s not worth the disappointment and frustration.
