Not what it used to be I was in there for a while and all the employees did was stand there and stare at me not really saying much or not telling me hey it's going to be a minute and then come back later and get told something's not on the menu when it is I don't know why all the employees in their look like they hate their job it was a lot different years ago it's sad to see that it turned into this used to love it used to get it all the time and now I'm deterred from it

This is the only taco bell that makes your food the way it should be. Desoto Hillsboro and festus needs to take lessons from potosi taco bell 🔔 you girls and guys keep up the great work I have been a fan of taco bell since I was a young teenager and your taco bell is by far the best taco bell around. i got the $7 luxe cravings box and instead of a double stack taco they only gave me a hard shell taco when it’s supposed to be a soft and a hard shell

Complete disappointed!! Went to walk in to get food at 6:30pm and the doors were locked but 1 table full of guys were the only people in there eating so we went through the drive through. We asked why it was locked up and the kid said it was because they were busy today (it was snowing and roads covered, highly likely) and decided to lock it up and then closed the sliding door after he was finished talking to us. Absolutely disrespectful and incompetent. If I were to guess it was because they got tired of cleaning up the floors from peoples shoes.

The food was not done the refried beans were like soup..I could not eat it but other times I went it was good...so good luck with going on a good day.
