I didn't think I was going to get good Mexican in Missouri but I was pleasantly incorrect. This mom and pop style restaurant delivered on flavor and authenticity.

We always enjoy our meals at Tigres - good service, great variety, tasty food. They will add anything to the dish that I ask for, haven't had a bad meal yet, and we eat there twice a week.

My daughter and I have been to Tigres several times, trying different items. I have to say their food is delicious!!!! We have tried the shrimp tacos, fajitas, burritos, chicken and rice, and the churros!! All amazing!!! My favorite is the burrito topped with “out of this world” green sauce!!! Please if you are in Princeton, Mo stop by and try this very authentic mexican food. Great service, amazing food. You might even want to try one of their Blackberry Margaritas. You won’t be disappointed. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We went out for my sons birthday last night. As always, the service was outstanding! I typically get chorizo street tacos, you get 4 tacos loaded; if you’ve had them, you understand! This time I decided to try a new menu item. I’m glad that I did! The taste was incredible! I’m still thinking about it this morning, lol! Thank you Tigres for providing a wonderful birthday dinner!

Finally got to try it. Me and my spouse just ordered takeout for the chiefs game. I got a green chicken enchilada. The flavors were most wonderful, I was very impressed, the chips and salsa was very good. The salsa actually had some flavor and kick to it unlike other Mexican restaurants. 10/10 worth

The salsa was amazing and they brought queso and guacamole, all tasted amazing and were very fresh! the food is so good. everyone LOVED what they got. We have decided that we are going to go there every other weekend when we go out for food! I would definitely recommend!

Well I was super excited to hear there was a Mexican restaurant coming to to Princeton. I ate there for the first time yesterday upon walking in I wasn't very hopeful it was not really a Mexican restaurant vibe the name of the restaurant should have given me my first clue but overlooked it but figured we'll give it a shot I ordered the 4 taco meal which only included 4 tacos for $10.99 assuming it would be like at a regular Mexican restaurant where you get a plate of refried beans rice tomatoes lettuce sour cream guacamole you know typical Taco toppings but it was just the four tacos. When the tacos arrived they we're not on regular size tortillas they were on mini tortillas with very under seasoned ground beef only topped with onions and cilantro the tacos were so tiny barely two bites per taco definitely not worth the $10.99 price tag the house salsa really didn't have much of a flavor other than a tomato flavor no spice no heat. I personally wouldn't call it a Mexican restaurant or Mexican food for that matter I would call it closer to Tex-Mex food. Personally do to the small portions my opinion high price I would much rather drive an extra 20 minutes to Trenton for real Mexican food. Unless big changes happen I don't really see them lasting more than a year. And this is coming from someone who grew up in a predominantly Latino community most of my life.

Walk in seat yourself. From the go the menu was short and confusing verb-age. Food was absolutely the inedible portions were incredibly small. Price was outrageous would not recommend.
