This was the best food I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time!!! Portions are huge, food is FABULOUS!!! Service was excellent!! Take a trip and go see them for sure!!!

Stopped at The Dinner Bell today, on a motorcycle ride, with my sister and nephew. I had the Hamburger Steak with, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, cole slaw, and Texas Toast. My sister had the Chicken Strips with, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, cole slaw, and Texas Toast. My nephew had the Chili with a Cheeseburger. The three of us agreed that the food was fantastic. Good home cooked meals. My sister and I could not finish our meals. The waitress was perfect, as was the cook. The atmosphere was very comfortable. Did not feel like we didn't belong there. The staff and locals were very friendly. This was my second time here. Will not hesitate to go back again. Would recommend to anyone to stop here for great home cooked food.

If you don’t mind cigarette smoke with your meal then this is your place.
Food was good, service was good. But the amount of cigarette smoke due to the indoor smoking ruined the experience for us.

Prices can't be beat. Food is very good and portions are bigly. Service can be a bit slow but understandable. It's usually just a cook and a waitress and they are doing the best they can do.
