Poor customer service. Cold food not worth the money

I'm confused now that they don't give us sauce with our potato wedges.. is it my responsibility to ask for sauce or is it their?Responsibility to ask me what kind of sauce I want??
Why are we still paying full price?When they are serving, half of a chicken breast now??

Hayden at the Raymore location was AMAZING!!! I mean I honestly cannot say that I’ve EVER, been disappointed with Chicfila’s service at ANY location. But Hayden was just the sweetest server ever. It was his integrity that got my attention. He was very honest about what accommodations could and couldn’t be made, and even kept me from almost hitting the curb! Shout out to his parents for his upbringing; but also Chicfila’s standards that they uphold and meet with every staff member they employ!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great fresh and tasty menu items! Met the new owner who stopped by each table to greet and meet the customers! Tried the kale salad on his recommendation (and treat) and I loved it! My new fav order—kale salad, grilled chicken nuggets, and unsweet iced tea!

Ordered $40+ worth just to get cold and dry food. Also, asked for no bacon, which is clearly printed on the label and got extra bacon on the sandwich😂😂😂

I have never been a huge fan of Chick-fil-A but this one changed my mind. I got the original chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Their fries were really good too. They also have the best root beer!
I had called Chipotle for a catering for the next day and because I didn’t give them 24 hours notice, they wouldn’t work with me. Numerous Chipotles turned me down. Plus they had me on hold forever. I gave up on that and called Chick fil a. The manager worked with me right away on my catering order for the next day, giving suggestions and helping me decide what would be best. The next day, my order was hot and ready. Everyone at my luncheon was thrilled. They had all plates and utensils along with everything I needed. It was amazing. Thank you, Chick-fil-a at this location for working with me last minute and making it so easy!
