Your lights in dinning area were dark and seemed like you were closed. Should of known service would be bad too. So because your ice cream is so soft even blizzards. For years When I order i always ask them to make my blizzards and put it in the freezer, and i will get it after i eat.. Last few times they didn't and last night they told me they couldn't do that because they have to serve it fresh. But your fresh is to soft shake like that it turns like milk by the time I got home. ( it was freezing out too but icecream was melted before i left. And the food. 1. You need to change oil because the fries and chicken were too crunchy. 2. The ranch cup for dipping was half full, not enough for a 3 piece chicken meal. When you ask for another ranch they charge you. ( how cheap is that ) 3. burger tasted like they microwaved it over all worse food ever eaten at this store.
Thank you we will be saving money now and you lost grandparents with 10 grandchildren that when we have them dairy queen was our go to place. We'd be better off serving ice cream at home then buy a cup of sugar milk that taste nasty after
Meilting. Plus if your employees are not costumer savee then your stores are going to loose alot of sales.

I like the blizzards better the way they used to make them usually they dumped them upside down but I found out why they quit doing that they don't mix the toppings in anymore it was all in the top 1/8 of the cup the rest was just ice cream and cost of arm and a leg nearly 7:50 for a medium with half a candy bar slightly broken thrown on top

Ordered through the phone app and when we picked up our food we noticed several items were missing. When we asked about it, the staff said they were out and couldn’t issue a refund because it was placed through the app. I asked if they were planning to mention that, but they just shrugged it off. Overall, a really disappointing experience and the staff didn’t seem to care. We’ll be going somewhere else next time.

We went last Saturday about 4:30. Five young people were working standing around. Two were on cellphones. One guy was taking orders. All the tables were dirty. It didn't look good for the employees.

Worst service I've ever had in any restaurant. The employees were not professional at all. I drive for Uber Eats. It took them 30 min. to get me a chicken strip basket. 2 groups of people who came in after me got there food before me. My order was placed online. If I was manager I would replace whole crew. We have been coming to DQ for a few Monday's now and the food has always been good. Mara's customer service is the best. She is always smiling and takes real good care of her customers.

I'm not sure what's changed in the last few months here but 4 of the last 5 DQ Blizzards I've bought here have been handed to me melted at the drive through. The first time they actually put a lid on it, then did the flip. Lol, really? How's it going to poor out with a lid. Today was the last time I'll be going. I asked for no lid as I've been doing since the 2nd melted Blizzard and it was still handed to me with a lid. I took the lid off and did the flip for her since she didn't even attempt to do it. Poured out like melted butter. My wife and I were wondering why there was no line at the drive thru when we got there and now we know. After waiting for 10 minutes for a Blizzard and cone, I wasn't going to wait for them to remake it the same way. I hope she enjoys the flies for the rest of the day.

I will say that I know it can't be the heat because I've never had this problem at the DQ in Harrisonville. I've been there on hotter days than this and my Blizzard has always been handed to me with the proper consistency.

During my recent visit to the drive-through, I encountered an employee, Mara A, who was notably rushed and dismissive throughout the ordering and payment process. As we were placing our order, she repeatedly interrupted with "Anything else?" before we had the chance to finish each item. This made the experience feel rushed and unwelcoming.

Upon reaching the payment window, Mara continued to rush us, provided only three out of the four items we ordered, and then abruptly closed the window. She then left the premises before completing our order, requiring another employee to step in and provide us with the missing item.

While I understand that employees may have challenging days, professionalism and courteous customer service should always be maintained. Unfortunately, this interaction turned what should have been an enjoyable visit into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.
