It's really sad that you are forced to tip when paying with a credit card. The tablet only shows dollar amounts. I honestly think tipping should be up to the customers discretion. Do better please!

My entire order was incorrect. I ordered one everything begal one sandwich one dog treat and a hash brown. I got three random sandwiches two dog begals and a plain begal. When I returned to the store nobody on staff could figure out what my issue was with my order. Noone could figure out how to refund my order. Terrible incompetent staff. The food is good though will be placing orders online going forward.

Ordered online and arrived at the time specified to pick up my order. Ordered the garden avocado sandwich with egg whites. The drive thru took quite some time but I'm not too concerned as I understand things can get busy; however, the food was cold, I didn't receive egg whites per my order, the sandwich barely had any sauce, and the sandwich didn't even have avocado on it, which is in the name of the sandwich.... Most likely won't be back.

First time ordering from this location and they are out of all gourmet bagels before noon. Charged the same price for the other bagels. Then took 15+ minutes in the drive thru for only 3 cars. Then the bagel fell apart when i opened it.

So happy to find this place. It's been years since I've been to one, and the food was as good as I remembered. This store is brand new and very clean. There was a big crowd waiting for their food since it was lunchtime, but the line moved quickly.

Been here five times. Bagels are o.k. when they get the order right. Four times this place has been freezing. All the counter workers are wearing jackets, so it's not just us. Today there are no napkins and freezing again. Let them know about the napkins but nothing as of this writing. They did come out and wipe down the counter at least. On the up side, my daughter likes bagels now. She likes they have variety.

I waited a few weeks to visit after the opening, hoping that would give time to work out all the kinks of a new establishment. Unfortunately, I think I’ll have to wait a few more weeks as these bagels prefer to be called Hotcakes/Pancakes. The service was great.. the bagels(?) leave a lot to be desired.
