Cashier was very rude and confused. Cut me off with a big attitude while I was trying to order a build your own sub then he got my order wrong because he was too busy being impatient to actually use his ears and listen. I saw on the receipt that he put white bread instead of wheat so I went back up to the counter and told them to make sure it was on wheat. Then they STILL made it on white bread. Horrible service. It was incredibly Smokey in there. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Avoid this location.

I really like the rewards program. Was able to split a large Engineer with my husband and a bag of chips. The store was clean and the staff was friendly.

We ordered online and when we got there to pick up, the establishment was completely closed.
Took our money, didn't have a way to refund until the next day. And we had to call them in order to get our money back.
If you are closed, you should make it closed to online orders as well.

This also happened to us at the Ward parkway location, too.

This should be easily avoidable, and is absolutely ridiculous.

I appreciate the seasonal specials like the BBQ Brisket Sub. It has a great flavor. My only criticism is that the bottom of my sub was soggy! Maybe keep stuff like slaw and tomatoes in separate containers so that the sub isn’t “wet & soggy”!

Husband in the hospital and I ordered online and said it was going to be 10 minutes. Over 30 minutes later and I get my food. Get back to the hospital, no meat on my sandwich. Called and they apologized and said they would give me another one for free. Asked if they were going to deliver it to the hospital-nope. Never again.

Ordered 12in sub, turkey, mushrooms, cheese, came with a total of 4 small mushroom pieces.. just paid $15 for a sub with turkey and cheese that looks like it got thrown against a wall before it was placed on the container.

Employees were in NO Hurry to do anything. Almost as if it was an Inconvenience that we came there to eat!

Walked right in on a Saturday afternoon and ordered at the cash register. The lady was very kind. I ordered the medium sandwich or the 8 inch and it was very good. You get a great proportion of meat to bread ratio compared to other sandwich restaurants. You can get white or wheat and I choose wheat bread and if you ask for a pickle, they will give you one for free on the side.

We had a small issue when placing our order through the Firehouse Subs app and accidentally ordered two of the same sandwich. When we brought it back to the store, we were helped by Allie, and she completely turned our experience around.

I explained that my wife is pregnant and has been having some strong cravings, so getting the right sandwich really mattered. Allie was incredibly understanding and accommodating—she replaced the sandwich without hesitation, offered to steam the meat twice for us, and even asked if we’d like extra pickles. It was clear that she genuinely cared and wanted to make things right.

Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out. This level of customer service is rare these days, and Allie went above and beyond. We left feeling appreciated and well taken care of. Thank you, Allie and Firehouse Subs!
