If you have not been here, you have to go. Sure, it is a sub shop, but theirs just seems to be a cut above. Good selection.

Online it says all locations carry Gluten free bread. I was so excited! Since I have dietary restrictions. I’ve been in this location three different times and each time I’m told they are out of the gluten free bread. I’ve been to other locations and they claim they don’t carry that, that it doesn’t exist. I show them the website stating “at all locations” and they said that’s not real. That it’s made up.
Sucks to go to firehouse subs to purchase some meat and sauce and have to pay for a full sandwich even though you don’t get that. They could atleast give you some extra meat if they are going to charge full price

Your new commercial is everywhere. I hate it. I will literally never eat at firehouse subs again due to the shear annoyance of your new ad.

Watch out! Adding a veggie condiment to your sandwich is EXTRA! Want a Jalapeno, or olives or other toppings cost $.15 a piece! There is no warning about this. At the check out there is a rotating display with photo's of all the ADD ON'S available you may request. THERE IS NO PRICE LISTED ON IT. BUT THEY ARE $.15 a piece! Most fast foods like McDonalds, Burger King, Culvers, Subway, or Wendy's don't jack the price up for condiments. The food is good. Their food and salads are very good. But it is deceiving to not tell you when you order that veggies are EXTRA......We told them about this before (during COVID) but they still have NOT marked the price on the display of add on's.

It was so gross, both of our sandwiches had soggy bread. So disgusting that we couldn't eat them. I wanted to take the survey on the back of the receipt but of course it didn't have the number on it needed to take it. We have eaten here before but not again.

Ots truly the best subs of any franchise. I miss it lately since I moved to Truman Lake, so if I get the opportunity I definitely stop

Delicious sandwiches, better than subway, but they forgot like half of my friend's sandwich ingredients and added cheese even though they didn't ask for it, they chose build your own sub, not sure if it was because of that or not.
