I appreciate the seasonal specials like the BBQ Brisket Sub. It has a great flavor. My only criticism is that the bottom of my sub was soggy! Maybe keep stuff like slaw and tomatoes in separate containers so that the sub isn’t “wet & soggy”!

Walked right in on a Saturday afternoon and ordered at the cash register. The lady was very kind. I ordered the medium sandwich or the 8 inch and it was very good. You get a great proportion of meat to bread ratio compared to other sandwich restaurants. You can get white or wheat and I choose wheat bread and if you ask for a pickle, they will give you one for free on the side.

We had a small issue when placing our order through the Firehouse Subs app and accidentally ordered two of the same sandwich. When we brought it back to the store, we were helped by Allie, and she completely turned our experience around.

I explained that my wife is pregnant and has been having some strong cravings, so getting the right sandwich really mattered. Allie was incredibly understanding and accommodating—she replaced the sandwich without hesitation,...
