Had a party of 9 on Friday nite made reservations ahead of time. We had a great time with my kids & grands. we don’t get to typically get together that often with life!
Our food was ok but our service sucked!!!
Our waitress Aimee only came back to our table shortly after we all arrived. She seemed to only be concerned at that time of who needed alcohol.
She did not even bring our food to the table we had a couple others delivering the food. We then realized that we didn’t have silverware so we had to ask someone else walking by, he came back & put it on the table in a pile. We never seen Aimee again!!! She finally came back about we about 20 minutes after we were finished eating!
NONE of us ever got refills or even water at our table. Then when she came back to the table to ask how we were doing, I let her know we are done & would have been nice If we could have had refills or even water. ALL of our drinks were empty by that time. Aimee did NOT even apologize or even ask if we wanted something to drink to go. We ALL even gave above normal tips! The restaurant was not even that busy all evening so I’m not even going to say that was part of it…. I’m saying poor waitress!!!

Very nice place to eat. Everything is clean, TV’s mounted everywhere, got our food quickly, and it was great!
In terms of the food, I loved my wings but the fried pickles and jalapeños were very salty. The margaritas are inconsistent. My dad sent his back and I asked for some mix on the side to add to mine. The server was exceptional and staff is friendly. Overall I love Johnny's, may have learned my lesson and just order beer next time.

We sat at our table for over 10 minutes and no server ever came to our table. Tons of servers walked by no acknowledgement. We walked out and left.
This is the coolest location I’ve been to. Great atmosphere and good service. The food was great. The drinks were great. Definitely will be back! They have a really cool patio area with heating lamps. Really nice experience! Also there’s plenty of bar seating.

Screwed up another Togo order. My brother in a nearby nursing home asked for a burger from Johnnys. I called ahead, maybe my fault for not checking. Took it to my brother and much to his dissatisfaction it was a bun with meat and cheese. What is wrong with the chain restaurant industry training! You’re getting paid and tipped, and I am a minimum 20% tipper. Check the dam order for correctness and keep customers coming back and happy.
